Of all the arrangements I've heard for Oblivion, this is by far the best.

I agree, Rodolfo, a fantastic peace of music. The young lady sings like an angel on her instrument. But listen to the version of Gideon Kremer. Oblivion is tango and tango is passion and Kremer version has passion!

I heard this composition 2 years back in St Martins in the Fields with Viloin concert, that time i never heard of Piazzolla, and it made me cry... i never heard anything beautiful tha this!
I heard it this Saturday in St. Martin's in the fields and it made me cry too. It was on the encore so they knew what they were doing as they clearly saved the best for last
La mejor interpretación y la mejor versión de Oblivion que he escuchado nunca. Hay otra interpretada por Hauser que tampoco desmerece nada, pero la orquestación de esta versión permite disfrutar de la pieza como nunca. Sublime y con una fuerza desgarradora que te atrapa y te eleva el alma. No me canso de escucharla. Bravo!!

In twenty years of dancing Tango I have never seen Oblivion danced appropriately to the music- even when Tango Masters dance it... I have tried to interpret its musicality by just 'feeling' the music BUT it's fiendishly difficult.

Sublime and deep interpretation. Each time I listen to the song - for most of all interpretation of it - no matter how many times before I've already listen to it, no matter in what mood I do feel, still get chills. There are no words to describe the real way it makes you feel when it comes to your ears and reaches your soul. Kind of lost in a maze of beauty, pleasure, unknown love, pleasant sorrow and sadness all at once. So much more than a masterpiece of intensity, something you'd never even have expected to discover and to have the privilege to be given. Thanks for sharing! Really.
