I never thought I would have an interest is seeing someone jump rope but somehow I stumbled across one of your short videos and got totally mesmerized by your skills, you're amazing and you never fail to impress me when I see you do your stuff on TH-cam.

Hi Lauren, awesome stuff girl, wicked as!! Question: do you take dance lessons? in terms of learning additional, footwork, dance moves etcetera to incorporate into your jumprope?
I don’t jump, and perhaps I am too old to start. But I enjoy your reels and usually watch them at the end of my day while commuting; your positivity and energising personality is infectious; keep that up. I love the comments regarding hate on social media; it's excellent advice to people of all ages, but particularly for the very young; I will share that with my daughters. Recognising the importance of the right core tools was another tip that resonated strongly with me. Keep jumping, stay awesome and best wishes with it all. I'm looking forward to many more #taw!
This was a really amazing Q&A ... I've watched your videos for a while but I naturally thought you were a 22 years old American .. Not that it really matters, but it's nice to know who you are and being from UK also, it's nice to see success in a young English woman !
Hey! I had knee issues on day 2 of jumping from doing too much too soon. I learned my lesson, rested and went back to it more gradually and have not had a single twinge since. In fact my knees feel stronger than ever. Overuse is the biggest cause of knee issues when jumping rope (unless you have a pre-existing injury). It’s so important to only do 5-10 mins when you first start and increase gradually from there. You will then strengthen your knees over time which is a benefit 🙌🏼
Well demonstrated Lauren.! Inspiring 🧐 stuff. Watching many of your video's there are so many variations that must take much practice for each one. 🙂 Regards, Kev 🙂
Thank you for a refreshingly honest, Q n A plus its so comfortable, informative, n interesting, I don't jump but thoroughly enjoy all your journey n honesty ya humour, smile, skill, n yeah I enjoy your looks 😳 what would we do without your wraps ? Wishing you all the best with everything you do ✌️I gotta go I'm dyin for a wee 😂 uare delightful 😊
You are such an interesting woman to hear from. We at my gym put your videos on from You tube in order to jump rope. We are a group of misfits trying so hard. We are getting better so thanks for that!
i have been having trouble skipping, ever since i was a kid i would jump twice before the rope comes around. i cannot get out of that routine haha did you have any bad habits of skipping that you had to re-condition yourself to progress to the next stage?
Like your voice! I could listen to you talk about just random stuff. Hope this doesn't offend you. Just watching you jump wears me out. you have a lot of energy.
I'm just really pleased that a young woman is making enjoyable skilled healthy content instead of the usual drab boring stuff that features so much in the young content by so many
Well done Lauren. I'm impressed by your fitness and your routines. Thank you for being human though , when you mess up sometimes in preparing for your videos. Your so down to earth.
Hello Lauren, it is very interesting for an old German guy, to hear what you told us. I couldn't believe you're from England, because you are much prettier than most of the english women I've ever seen! Your hair, your make-up, your clothes, no ugly or offending tattoos, it is not what a man can see, when he meets English people (at concerts or during holidays.) I admire your skills with the rope, I love your smile you almost always deliver while jumping/dancing. It looks so effortless but I know, that it is hard work over the years to achieve this. So I love watching your videos on YT. You're in an extraordinary shape, it looks as if you have very long legs (also pretty) and maybe you have long feet (for a woman). If it is so, it might be difficult for you to find the right shoes. That leeds me to a question: "How many shoes do you need in one year? And do you prefer certain brands or models?"
Hi Lauren I’m 65 years old and I love your videos of skipping as I call it lol old!!!! I’m waiting for my jump rope to be delivered then I’m going to start do you have any tips I’m probably your oldest fan but it’ll will be interesting to see if I can do this and if it makes me feel and look a little bit like you lol xx❤
Your comment on hate and your explanation was the best one I have heard. Me personally cannot understand why creators get all these haters and many creators comment on the number of haters they get. Again, you are so right these people are just sad, pathetic individuals. I wonder what they did before social media. You said there is something in your video that triggers them. So they probably hate your rope, maybe they don't like the color. Why would these pathetic individuals even watch your channel. This is evidence that there are a whole lot of people who can't cope with their life or even have a handle on their sanity.
I've seen several of your short video clips and I am impressed. Never seen anyone jump a rope like you do. Do you really move that fast or are you actually speeding up the video?? Be honest! Most of the women I know, especially the athletic ones, say you are speeding up the video (but they are probably just jealous). If you are not fudging on the speed, your performance is even more amazing. How about having something like slow turning fan or something in the frame with you so your real-time speed will be seen as faithful relative to the other moving object? You're good. Can't wait to see you doing this when you age more !! lol
The app is suitable for all levels. If you’re starting from scratch there’s loads on there. You can work your way through the skills and combos, learning them step by step. Or you can follow workouts 😊
Bonsoir Lauren. J'aurais 3 questions à te poser: 1. Tu sais parler français? 2. Tu as énormément de fan ici. Merci LAUREN 😘
Wow. So down to earth. So many questions answered. Looking cool even without the make up not much difference. I was thinking from the vibes I'm getting you are a bit like me. Always looking to improve. Even with a pretty much full complement of skills. Tae Kwon Do may help. Why and How? 1. You have a pretty packed schedule. Finding about 4 hours per week. But think of it this way you can the skip gym (pun intended). As the training will give you good a full body work out. Initial warm up sessions includes stretches to improve flexibility for class. The class learning and practicing skills to perfection, extra practice at home welcome. Then wind down after. SOP when I trained. 2. The training gets more rigorous and the skills get more advanced as you progress up the grades towards blackbelt. Which you will likely Fly through (pun intended). Plyometric training. This is how they develop the power for remaining in the air for so long, doing amazing spinning 720 degree tornado kicks with board breaking and other kicks. Breaking 4 to 6 boards one after another before coming down to land. Some even jumping up 7 or 8 into the air and breaking boards is pretty common. World high kick record is around 10 feet. Some breathtaking TKD demo videos on TH-cam. Could these power and skills help raise jump rope sessions to a higher level. Bonus your a qualified black belt. You'll start seeing the benefits long before then. Then move onto the dans 10 in all. But only about a handful currently exist that level. RECAP 1. Gym benefit get fit. 2. TKD benefit get fit and learn a skill at the same time that can have a direct bearing on your improving your skill set. I chose the Martial Arts as opposed to the gym route, because I used to get bullied. Which stopped shortly after. In your case more power to you legs and the skills that can be adapted from TKD to jump rope. Very useful skill for WONDER WOMAN 4.0 to have. Seeing baddie getting his butt kicked. On screen or off. Wouldn't that be something. Can't wait for the next one. That about wraps it up for me.
To be honest, there's a huge difference without the makeup. But I appreciate her bravery, very few women are willing to be 100% open about their looks when being filmed. As a man, I kinda respect her even more now.
I think we alll love everything about you!! You are very inperational even for men even those who are not jupers. I wish you all success you can posable have❤ Cheers!!
You are so athletic. Do you do or have you ever done any other sports? I would love to have a sports physiologist study you and then do a video sharing the results.
Hate? What's there to hate? I think you have it right, it's something in them that's wrong. To bad they feel the need to share it. I jump roped in the 90s to techno music and did what I thought was alot of tricks. I was on my own. I didn't have TH-cam and the like. I didn't know anyone that jumped rope. I just made things up as I went. It's nothing compared to where you have taken it. Your foot work is amazing. Thank you for sharing. I need the inspiration.
You're such a down to earth person which draws people to you and your work. Engaging, beautiful, and very accomplished; definitely a winning combination.

I love your videos/shorts ......... Would love to try your app.......but my phone is saying I need to upgrade the OS first.
I've got a question.
What's your all-time favourite song to do jump rope to?
Rope to Pon De Replay by Rhinna
No WAY your 32! 23 maybe.
At least 18.
She looks like 20, right?
@@nickvledderas an 18 year old she does not look 18.
she looks 30 and that’s okay!!
she looks her age and that’s okay!!
OMG... tried watching this but couldn't stop staring at her eyebrows... YIKES... (they have a life of their own)
Hello Lauren,
it is very interesting for an old German guy, to hear what you told us.
I really enjoy watching your videos
Eyebrows are big and beautiful
67 yr old male here, trying to be like you. Looks like fun!
The hardest working content provider on YT!
🫶🏼🫶🏼
So engaging and helpful. Thank you!
Somebody is lucky to get hugs and kisses from Lauren!!!👍
Heyyy 👋🏻 Lauren
Thx for the vid
Can you pleaseeee do a routine to No problema by Triple Charm? Or Lost This 💋?
Love y'a
You are a lovely presence on social media.
Can't wait to see you doing this when you age more !! lol
What rope is the best rope to start with as a beginner?
I am an older person. Mid 50s and am overweight. Does your app have things for people like me who want something fun to help lose weight
The app is suitable for all levels. If you’re starting from scratch there’s loads on there. You can work your way through the skills and combos, learning them step by step. Or you can follow workouts 😊
OK, I watched the full Q & A, if that's your favourite hat you may like the same hat NY with the Rose design on it too
Really enjoyed watching this video Lauren. You're such a genuinely lovely girl. X.
Class lady, fantastic jumper 👏👏
what a decent human. good luck to you.
Bonsoir Lauren.
J'aurais 3 questions à te poser:
1. Tu sais parler français?
Tu as énormément de fan ici.
Merci LAUREN 😘
You are beautiful Lauren ❤
You're awesome!
Your hair looks amazing. Thanks for sharing behind the scenes and your Q&A. Love seeing it. ❤️❤️
RECAP
When I lived in Australia in the 1970s when I was kid I had a kangaroo called Skippy I loved him so much,I bet you can't skip as good as him.
I think we alll love everything about you!! You are very inperational even for men even those who are not jupers. I wish you all success you can posable have❤ Cheers!!
You are so athletic. Do you do or have you ever done any other sports? I would love to have a sports physiologist study you and then do a video sharing the results.
That was really cool how you jumped rope with the music
Ray Of Sunshine
Thanks for what you do.
Bravo young lady
I absolutely love you. 🇨🇦
Eyebrows and it be thin out 😊
Hello Lauren what is your daily diet that you consume keep up the great work out routines.
