    Hi, your art is beautifull.
I want to try uv resin art but I'm afraid that this material has side affects.
Is uv resin dengerous for the skin or breathing? What are the side affects of using this material.

I really wish she had commented on the use of black UV colorant. It HAS to be applied thinly and cured between layers. To my horror, I found out recently that this applies also to dark green ... 😢 Light does not penetrate through these colors. If you just fill the mold, it will NOT cure all the way through!!! I learned this the hard way years ago! I had black UV resin all over my carpet and granddaughter. Plus myself and my dog ... PLEASE do black, etc, in thin layers, curing regularly!!!

Put a mirror underneath your silicone mold and cure it a bit longer. I use the same technique for my more solid colored molds. Once popped out of the mold, cure it again for 90 seconds

@@Tomhdg But it still has to be used thinly. I always turn my molds over and cure again. Mirrors inside my UV/LED lamp??

@@jaykb6587 It may be that I don’t use the “little” lights from places like Let’s resin 🤔. I have 2 pretty large UV lights (200w/405nm), so I’m getting a LOT of penetration. Depending on what I’m doing, sometimes I use the second UV light under the mold and the other over top. I’ve done deep, dark, very black UV pours using India ink as the colorant at anywhere from 2mm-6mm thick, depending on the mold or metal armature I’m filling. Let me say, those pink/grey/blue colored silicone molds? It shines through (less on the grey, so I know it takes just a bit longer with them).
It would be putting the mirrors *under* the mold, but then again, I also have them on each side, so it forms a box of sorts. Yep, sunglasses are highly recommended 😂
I bought my lights from Aystkniet store on Amazon (look up store name with “3D Printer UV Light for Resin Curing” 😉).

@@jaykb6587 When I use to use the smaller lamps, I did glue those tiny mirrored tiles inside, so if you can do the higher watt lamps, that’s actually good idea. Not sure if that’s what you meant with the “inside UV lamp?” 🙂

Both are very beautiful 😍. I'd like to know if you wash your paintbrushes? If yes, what do you use to wash them? I love your style it's elegant without being too much . Just the right amount of bling. Love watching you create. Hugs from Québec Canada 😊

She has stated that she uses a commercial cleaner. I think it's for gel fingernails.

It just dawned on me why you always use tweezers.
Your nails are too long for intricate work.
