@@sickboy8914What’s wrong with Kevin Harlan doing the NBA (I respect your opinion, but I just want to know)? I just think Kevin Harlan is the GOAT no matter what sport he’s commentating.
Not gonna lie, this season probably marks his best I've ever heard from Joe Buck. He absolutely improved himself; and it's incredible to his enthusiastic energy when big plays are happening on field.
nothing beats the garrett wilson catch. the commentary is iconic for it and it might be the main reason i rewatch that clip. i was watching the game week one and that and gipsons return had me hype but the return made me twice as hype
I think Fox made the right choice letting the two go. Kevin Burkhardt has been a great replacement, and Joe sounds much better here. I could hardly listen to him, and now i love the way hes calling games now. Although Nantz is my all time favorite, Buck is doing a really great job.
I know it didn't end up counting, but the end of the Dallas Detroit game when the lions scored the TD and got the first 2 pointer maybe was the most energetic Joe Buck has even been. It's a crime its not here
My Top 5 Calls from Joe Buck last season 1. WOOOOOW WHAT A CATCH TOUCHDOWN JETS 2. He’s gone Touchdown 49ers 3. BIG PLAY OFF HE GOES 4. Still going STILL GOING TOUCHDOWN Seattle 5. Dak Keeps UP THE MIDDLE TOUCHDOWN COWBOYS Times from all the calls 1. 0:05 2. 4:29 3. 3:08 4. 1:36 5. 2:52
You missed his best call. It was a Monday night game with NYG and GB, with Tommy Devito and the Giants needed to get in FG range (FG wins the game) with like 1 min to go and they need like 15 more yards at least and Joe goes 'they need around 16 yards or more...FORGET IT...Wandale Robinson!' right as Devito completes a 20 yard pass.
I'm not sure what this video is highlighting. Literally anyone can do what he's doing here: tell the audience what's happening with an exaggerated "I'm excited" voice.
It’s because he’s rarely ever shown emotion when working for Fox. My guess is that ESPN gave him more freedom that fox didn’t so he’s in a much better mood here.
It's a lot with worse tbh. He's becoming too mainstream with the gus johnson shouting like commentating instead of a more dramatic presenting one like before (best one was the infamous Richard Sherman game vs 49ers one). It doesn't suit him What he needed was to elevate the moment accordingly, that's it. Like the david tyree catch. Just put the rajai davis moment more in appropriate occasions, that's all Instead, he's trying to become gus johnson. His commentating is also still as useless as before. Just more shouting
i think he showed time and time again that he is maybe only rivaled by benetti in painting the picture - he has the perfect call for the vibe of the game he’s doing - like the tense mood at the ends of bills jets and eagles seahawks
He has really improved over the last few years. Nice that he took the criticism to heart.
What criticism?
@@BengalsBillsFan2015that he didn’t show emotion
more like the past 10 years. he's been good for a while
The only moment I remember that he ruined with his call was the helmet catch at the Super Bowl, other than that he has been awesome at NFL and MLB
He was my least favorite in the past but now he really seems better than the rest...
He’s gotta be the best announcer in the NFL right now. This was his best year calling games
Him, Troy Aikman, Jim Nantz, and Tony Romo are the best. (Kevin Harlan too)
@@damianflores2623 Need kevin harlan to do more NFL than NBA/CBB tbh

Joe buck really listened to the energy comments he's really improved. No longer hate watching games called by him, he's actually good now
LOFING IT UP FOR AJ BROWN AND HEY J BROWNN

Joe Buck absolutely devoured that Bills-Jets game
top 1 announcer this year 🐐
I’m sorry, no. Top 3 for sure, but Kevin Harlan and Mike Tirico are so much more talented and entertaining.
Holy smokes... Joe Buck has REALLY improved from his Fox days.
Monday Night Football is must-see TV once again thanks to Joe and Troy
ESPN knew what it was doing when it signed Joe and Troy away from FOX.
Putting MNF back on ABC had a lot more to do with it than Buck and Aikman.
Don’t you love it when he’s says touchdown ❤😊
Joe Buck is the 🐐
Loved the punt return touchdown one between Baltimore and Houston
As a Ravens fan, I agree

I don’t know what happened at FOX but ESPN Joe Buck is definitely better
BRO HE ACTUALLY BECAME GOOD UNDER ESPN WHAT DID FOX DO TO HIM
Gipson on the return made my night
“ i dont see any flags “
Unpopular Opinion: he wasn't that bad of a announcer before
They should add him on Madden as another broadcaster!
Probably gonna be on the one this year. They're gonna add multiple broadcast teams
@@matthewgumball4568 Right. you remember Gus Johnson?
@@A11inb0y1 I don't know if he's gonna be in it. But he has been in Madden before in Madden 11 and 12. I have 12.
