I did this for my community college’s dance team. I found out that the coach taught dance on campus, so my strategy was to take one of her classes to get my name and face in front of her and refine my skills. To bad I dislocated my knee in class and had to give up everything, even tryouts😮
Lol this was me back in the summer. Went and lifted with my pal and he was like, bro you should try out for cheer. I tried out doubted I'd do well, made the team and now I'm a D1 male cheerleader.
I tried out my eighth grade year and didn’t make it, then I tried out again in high school and made it. Even if you don’t make it the first year always try out again if you really want it

I had middle school cheer tryouts today and get my results in a little under 2 hours!!!
