Thank you Chad , That was very informative just the bit of information I was looking for as novice I need all the help I can get really enjoy and appreciate your video's thank you 👍
Wow. Thanks for sharing!. I have a few questions if you wouldn't mind helping me out. How does the math relate to a 4 valve head as that's what I'm working. I'm trying to soak up all that I can. You meantioned that the velocity target is the most important part. In another video you also meantioned that the head flow and cam should run out around the same time. If the head outflows what's necessary is that still okay as long as you're within targeted velocity?
This might be a dumb question, but how are you getting 307 FPS from 2.5/320? Great video though. Awesome to have people talk about induction development.
chad ive watched just about every video on here, even that guy that wines about everything wont mention any names and yours are the best. thanks for your time keep up the good work
Great information Chad! I have been reading David Vizard's books and watching his videos. You are spot on. Question for you. I have a set of Summit/Dart Vortecs I am putting on a 355 SBC for a street engine. What would you recommend as a minimal cross section at the push rod pinch if I am looking to get 440-450 hp? Thanks!
ACS yes indeed thank you for sharing.
Nice work Chad. It's clear to me: you're one of the sharper cylinder head guys out there.
Please keep the content coming.

target velocity would also depend on port location, no?
the more raised, both roof and floor, the more fps the port can handle, no?
always!

Always appreciate the info
Any one gonna talk about that formula or we just letting it ride here? Lol
ive never seen any body hog out a port like you do man you must know vizard
The better the port angle, the faster velocity will help until it can't.
Yupp. ❤
Thanks Chad.
