You get it with whoever you pick in your conversation with the gatekeeper that month. Perhaps you miss clicked when choosing or skipped exploration.

I hesitated so much btw Claude and Sylvain on my GD game, then I went the Claude way until the very end, no regrets of course but the tower part became a tad bittersweet to me once i seen Sylvain's Tower chat on TH-cam.
Sylvain's Goddess tower chat is kinda sad once you start to analyse it, He was surely heartbroken when he peeped in and seen i was whispering sweet nothings with my dear Claude. I'm so sorry you had to see this my dear Celt friend, so very sorry.

Sadly, probably the truth. But *what* *if* it was technically Byleth, but it was more like the Pokémon trainer? Byleth sits somewhere in the back of the stage, instructing Edelgard, Dimitri, and Claude in battle? Just like the Pokémon trainer the three switch out in battle.
Please Nintendo if you see this, make a 3-pack Amiibo kit including the 3 house leaders, please take my money!

2:00 - The moment I started getting big time Griffith vibes from Claude. He'd mentioned his 'dream' and 'ambitions' before, but this speech and his B+ support one are a big time rant of, 'I respect you because you have the strength to have ambitions of your own... But you facilitate mine so keep it up.'

CCC if you talk to one of the guards before the ball, he tells you of the goddess tower. Byleth will then be able choose who they meet in the tower. Or something like that.
Talk to the guard during the month you get to choose who you want
The character you get for this event doesn't matter in the long run (I assume it increases support points, but that's about it). At games end, if you got a certain item from jeralt, you'll be able to manually go through your possible S-supports to decide who you want Byleth to end up with.
I think the goddess tower event is just a cute way to help build the romance's story a little more!
If this game taught me something... It's to talk to absolutely everyone until no talking bubbles are left on the map!
