How to know when to open or close your blade when you detailing?
If the open blade is not cutting how you want it to , then you would close it .. if u see a dark area and u try with a #1 to lighten up .. start with blade open .. if that doesn’t work close it.. but you also have to know what guard you used in what area .. So you have a reference of what guard to use to detail.. unless u got the sizzly touch and u can no guard the entire detail 😂 usually in bulkier area u want to use a guard of some sort
