    I didnt make this exact recipe, but I took many reccomandatiom according to your cooking. My fried Turkey breast was amazing, moist and very crispy. Awesome explanation !

    My wife had an epiphany while making schnitzel ... season the egg, not the flour. Guaranteed seasoning everywhere, and no waste.

    What temp is that oil? Thought he first said 180 F, which is kinda cool for fry like this, and then later he said 280 F.

    This is what I’m talking about. Not the fried turkey that you see on social media that looks like grilled turkey. I expect it to look like Popeyes or Jollibee fried chicken

    For shits and giggles, it would be amazing to have a playlist here ALL content was edited to the high level understanding, short versions set to music with captions. This is a fine video but not 21 minutes worth of how-to do something. Chef Steps use to treat us like we were kitchen enthusiasts and could see through the instructions to get to the freakin point.

      It’s an American take on the same technique - usually made with the drippings after frying something like sausage or chicken fried steak. Often served with biscuits!
