Video is ok but the prices are high now in bangalore not 250-300. I have analzed all these information for a month with Labor contractors and Materials. For 250-300 it will cover only Slab to Slab. Sump, Compond wall, Parapet wall, Elevation Earth work, Ramp, all are extra. And when you calculate totally it will come around 400. This is my on field experience.
