FWIW, I’ve been told by a few people that the expiration date is the warranty period for the armor. Meaning it still works but the manufacturer is obsolving themselves of any legal liability after that period. So short answer is lawyer bullshit.
Sucks that you can't do the gun content I would love to see some. I keep telling myself to pick up one of those button lock civivis but haven't gotten around to it.
I had some expired soft armor it was over 10 years expired. I shot it with a mag of 9mm and a mag of 45 ACP. 23 rounds total from 3 yards. It stopped every round. But if it's expired I probably wouldn't recommend depending on it.

The cops showed up and asked why he didn't use the 22. He told them because of the new ordnance. "Use the fuckin' .22!" -Cop 😆
Id always love the better gun...so no matter what gun you suggest theres always a more expensive better option, secondly its a beater gun for one specific purpose, and lastly I do NOT make good money off youtube...the BIGGEST wrong assumption is that all youtubers make milions...I live off my YT money and its not enough to pay the bills, if it was all fun monye sure it wouldbe nice but its not..what do you drive? doesnt matter what you say you sh9uld have bought a custom truck or a sports car its way better lol...
