DISNEYLAND PARIS VLOG DAY 1 | Eurostar, Sequoia Lodge, Dream And Shine Brighter, Disney D-Light | September 2023
Hey everyone!! Welcome back to another Disney vlog series!! This time my Mum and I went to Disneyland Paris for 2 nights and stayed at Disney’s Sequoia Lodge.
In this video, we had an early start getting the Eurostar from London St Pancras to Lille Europe. This was very smooth and we grabbed some breakfast beforehand. We then had to change trains and I show you the short walk over to Lille Flandres from Lille Europe where we picked up our next train. We arrived at Marne La Vallee Chessy (aka Disney!!!) at around 2pm and then we dropped our luggage at the Disney Express service - this takes your cases directly to your Disney hotel so you can head straight into the park!!
Our first park of the trip was Disneyland Park 😆 We took the walk down Main Street in the sun and found a spot for Dream and Shine Brighter - the BEST Disney parade ever!! This was a special parade/show for DLP’s 30th celebrations. 🥳 We picked up a snack and rode some rides before heading over to Disney’s Sequoia Lodge to check in. There is a room tour of a standard room near hotel facilities and the best surprise was having a HUGE balcony!!!
After a quick freshen up, we headed out for the evening back into Disneyland Park and picked up a Mickey Pizza for dinner - this was delicious!! ☺️ We rode Phantom Manor before finding a spot for the nighttime shows - I would highly recommend the spot we was in (watch my video to find out where…)! Mum picked up the 30th celebration champagne flute and a Mickey Beignet (which we ate back at the hotel on our balcony). Disney D-Light was the 30th celebration drone show and WOW, what a show!! We then watched the Disney Dreams Fireworks which were good as well. 🎆
