Ingredients
Gravy
3L anchovies (ikan bilis) broth
550g orange potato
550g pumpkin
200g fresh tomato
200g cup tomato purée
Seasoning for gravy
6 tbsp chilli sauce
3 tbsp sugar (or more to taste)
1 1/2 tbsp salt (or more to taste)
2 1/2 tbsp cornflour + 125ml water
Main ingredient
500g yellow noodles
500g vermicelli
300g bean sprouts
3pcs fried beancurd
4 boiled eggs
1 large cooked potato
Crispy cracker - recipe as below
Char Siew (pork) (optional)
Chilli cuttlefish (optional) - recipe as below

50g plain flour/ all purpose flour
2tbsp rice flour
1tbsp corn flour
1 tsp of salt
1/2 tbsp sugar
3tbsp oil
Pinch of pepper
150ml water
Chilli cuttle fish recipe
300g cuttlefish
1 big onion
400g chili bo
2 tsp sugar (or more to taste)
1 tsp salt (or more to taste)
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp dark soy sauce
Chilli (condiments)
300g chilli giling
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 1/2 tsp of sugar
1/2 tsp of salt
Garnish
Lettuce
Grown peanut (ready made)
Fried shallot (30g)
Lime/ calamansi

Hai Jelly Chef.. Recioe u cukup bagus dan lengkap.. Belachen goreng kena bubuh sedikit dan ubi kentang tamvah 1 biji rebus dan kisar sekali dengan ubi manis, ayam tulang 2 ekor dan kulit udang 1 kg tumis dengan cabai yg kisar.. Jangan guna chili Bo.. Pasti kuah u ambil Champion dan menang lain Chef.. Ok.. thank u very much.. Kam Shia !

Penang is in malaysia & jawa in indonesia. What a strange name to put them together.
But penang & jawa both r famous for the culinary👍 they have the best chefs & cooks .

Bahan yg u miss out.. Tulang ayam dua ekor, udang kering, belachen goreng serbuk curry ayam dya sudu ,kulit udang satu kg goreng dng barang putih, jintan manis 1.tea spoon yg kecil.. Chicken stock.. Ingat yah. !

Hai Top Chef.. Recioi kamu bagus dan istimewah.. Tetapi bahan yg kamu miss out, tulang ayam 2 ekur, udang kering, udang lipan 15.ekur goreng dengan bawang putih 10 biji, buat kuah Mee Jawa. Belachen goreng dan garam adalah step pertama yg paliing mustahak, gula melaka atau gula batu sudah miss out, Di dalam Chilli Paste.. Serbut daging 3 sudu kena campur dengan cabai yg kisar, bunga rawang dua kuntum dan tumis sekali campur chicken stock dan gula.. Ok. Gd job, thank u!

Sayur Salad, bawabg goreng dan limau nipis yg potong buat perhiasan du atas Mee Jawa dan ada apa bahan yg boleh tambah.. tambah lah. !ini lah Penang Champion Mee Jawa. ! ( Sebenar Mee Jawa dan Mee Rebus adalah recipe yg sama, Negara Asal dan Asli ialah Indonesia, Mee Rebus haya memanggil di Penang Malaysia.. Saperti Peng Curry Mee, orang Serawak memanggil.. Laksa, tetapi di dalam kuah Laksa, meteka bubuh Santan dan Curry Puff,) ok.
