Can KTM take the small childs worth of weight off already. Minimum weight requirements need adjusting. Factory Indian team, Basically factory HD team, bunch of privateers with KTMs and MT09s off the showroom floor. I know Roland probably gets hard watching it but the rest of us can see the performance gap.
Great racing! It is good to see this class opening up for more bikes to be involved. It could be an interesting year. I would love to see a good rundown of all the bikes in the class. MotoAmerica should have a set of pre-season videos hyping the different classes and getting more viewers connected to the teams and riders. I would love to see the sport be enjoyed by more people.
Tuono and Streetfighter should be legal
@@marcjorgensen I'm all for it, MT-10 as well!
Please try to show a bit more of the race than just the lead group. Even after the top 6 crossed the finish line, why not show a bit of action from the following riders? Instead of wasting that time focusing on the lead riders after they'd already crossed the line and showing replays - save that until after the race is actually finished for everyone. Would be nice to see coverage of more than just the Indians and Harleys.
Then go to the race!!!
In person!!!!
If you want it tailored to your specific needs.
Give me a break!!!
Always someone that want others to do it their way!!
Go to the race, in person!!!
How about enjoy the coverage they offer???
@@metalted6128 just offering feedback. I'm sure they want to grow the audience as much as possible and if they don't get feedback it's hard for them to tailor their content. I would go in person for sure, if i didn't live on the other side of the planet. I only watch to see the R9T so I would love it if I could see more than 2 or 3 seconds in 30min of coverage. I'm worried that if the other teams get no coverage they will lose sponsors and give up - making it a two make series exclusively. I get that it's heavily financially motivated to advertise Indians and Harleys but still.
I just turned 73 and went down on my bike many times to watch races . These are tough times ! I am not sure how anyone can afford the cost of racing , bikes , insurance , hotels , food etc….. these days !
I lived through better times in motorcycling , however , the internet does give us the ability to watch races we could not watch years ago .
It is what it is , for many of us we live off the memories but it’s still fun to watch . lol
Thanks Moto America for your TH-cam coverage. Can’t be there but love the coverage. It’s Awesome 😎
Who would have thought, 12 manufacturers and the top six are the two liquid cooled 1200s?
Yeah where's the Ducati Streetfighter V4s with only 1,100cc? Fair match with displacement.
@@Pastamistic V-4's are not allowed, this class has been about V-twins, but they did add up to 900 CC triples this year.
Time to let the big 1290 KTM Super Duke eat in Super Hooligan!
@@georgenewman5860 hopefully the MT-09 gets more riders but it's still a 300cc disadvantage. I love seeing such a wide field of bikes including Indian and Harley but they need to do something about leveling it out.
@@Pastamistic I totally agree but I am glad for forward progress. I can't believe we have to wait until June for the next race though.
Nice to see this video available, but how about some commentary that isn't a snooze fest. These folks don't seem excited by the action.
Amazing race by Nate Kern and the BMW R9T!!! Fastest Air Cooled Bike and faster than many water cooled! Amazing - great to see, even if one maybe a few seconds of footage with the BMW in the shot.
The BMW is Oil Cooled, seriously
@@johndeere1951a🙄
Can’t wait to see the mt09’s show up
Should let Gold Wing's in. 😂
Why isn't Patricia racing? Good commentary Roland.
Harley Davidson with the new motor, worth watching out for these bikes. Hope Andy pulls through from that prang, I love kTm😁.
Good racing!
I hope other tracks equalize the field, this race is only exciting if you're following an Indian or HD rider.
Where's gagne and boubier and Tim herrin
different classes......they're all running superbike....
Indian wins , because it’s basically an Advanced VICTORY , MY STAGE 4 modified Sport cruiser could run with these guys raised pegs for sure
I'm really surprised how dominant are the American v twins against the rest of the world on this specific competition
In prior years, American V-twins had a rules advantage, this year they have given more manufacturers a shot. The established teams still seem to have the upper hand (Harley and Indian) but there could be some surprises coming.
@@georgenewman5860 I mean, they're racing 1200 cc vtwins against 900 and 765 3 cylinders, it's a big gap in displacement, perhaps on shorter tracks with tighter turns would be more competitive. Either way it's interesting, on road bikes the Americans are supposedly the "slow bikes"
'World Center of Racing', who are you kidding! Where are the spectators? Great racing but sadly nobody wishes to go and watch.
0:23, looked like plenty of room for more campers....website said it was sold out.....????
Great to see those three guys on the podium!!!!!!!!!!!!
LOL at the brand-centric butt hurt in the comments from the smooth brain casuals.
Disappointed w the rule set. This could be such a cool class to watch.
I was hoping to see the electric team place better but on to the next round.
Quite pathetic when there are more racers than fans in the stands….
How sad that a once-great race has sunk to this sort of crap.
That's an exciting track when they're at top speed for so long.
We need to see toprak on one of these
Great racing guy’s. Thanks moto america
How was this streamed with no notification?
❤
That one hurt. A podium sweep by Harley-Davidson, when Indian Motorcycle has been dominating.
Such a stupid class. A stock Ducati Streetfighter or a Aprillia Tuono gaps any bike on the grid. Those bikes are the real Hooligans. Make the V4 Streetfighter, Tuono V4, Kawasaki ZH2, Yamaha MT10, Street Triple RS, those should be the Hooligans. ADV bikes and retro board trackers and 800cc ducati beginer bikes. Lame
Those are all in totally different classes. With power ranges that wouldn't work together on track. Those bikes are more for street glory rather than racing.
This class has a 125hp cap from the factory. You can't just mix bikes ranging 120-200+hp together. It doesn't work.
"Who would have thought, 12 manufacturers and the top 6 are Indian and Harley".
Thats because you have set the rules to make it so.
Time to let the real hooligan bikes compete, like the Superduke, MT10, Streetfighter V4, Tuono, MV Brutale, M1000R, Speed Triple.
They all have around the same capacity, but they are just too good to meet the rules set to let the american manufacturers win 😤
I’m glad. I’m an American, watching MotoAmerica. I’d be happy to see half the field on Indian and the other half on Harley. There’s plenty of racing featuring other brands. The reason King of the Baggers and Super Hooligans are taking off is BECAUSE of the American brands going head to head.
