I swear we all lost like 5 pounds in sweat😂😂🤣 fromf DANCING🥵! WE NEVER SAT BACK DOWN...until it was over. That next day we were all supposed to go water skiing and when I tried to get it if bed, I felt like I had been hit by a truck! My boyfriend, whose boat we were going in, was so freaking sore he canceled and ALL 6 OF US were SO RELIEVED because we were all suffering from true lactic acid overdose! And we were all in damn good shape!! We were in our 20s!! We were active all the time but this?..... this was exertion on a WHOLE OTHER LEVEL!!😫🫨😵💫. You just don't realize what extreme exercise dancing is! But if was worth EVERY OUNCE OF PAIN !! One of my TOP CONCERTS EVER!🎉
