I’ve said this before, but this is the BEST TH-cam sailing channel. And I think it’s not only because the crew seems like extended family, but Colin is the best captain and one of the best human beings on the planet. And it comes through the screen with ease. My only wish is for longer episodes, as I can’t seem to get enough.
Totally agree 100%. I've been blessed to have been on a boat under Colins captainship, and he is the absolute best. He's super fun, but safety always comes first.
Colin posted a short video (Reel) of the doggy re-union on the Parlay Facebook page. He picked them up about 11 wks ago and it was a very happy day!! His videos on TH-cam are a little delayed.
Have worked with many Fijian’s over the years. All of them expats and most male with the means to escape, chase their dreams, earn a decent living and raise and support their families. The wealth disparity between visitors and locals is wide. The warmth and hospitality of Fijian culture is deep.
if possible , to join the crew on Parlay would be amazing . They have been added to my list of sailing vessels that are in a league of there own . LA Vagabond , Delos , Dawn Hunters , Zatara , are my best picks of Fun , Adventure and just living the life . I look forward to their episodes each week . This one from Parlay was absolutely one of there best episodes yet . Just the fun and the friends you make for life , says it all , so thank you Colin and crew for making my life a bit better .
Was great to see you guys yesterday at Annapolis!!!! So down to earth . Even with a line full of people Colin took the time to listen and talk. Britt walking the line gave me a high five❤. All humble and thanked me for watching. My pleasure! Keep up the great work guys
Even with all these extra people on board you still make sure you take the time to film the fun. Your videos are always the highlight of my week. Thank you for all your great times. Please stay safe!
Thank you, Colin for acknowledging us. I’ve been following you for so many years even when I was in the wheelchair you have inspired me to take this one year journey 35,000 miles 31 states around America. I live on Social Security I could never afford to be a patron, I’m just one of your biggest fans. 21:24
I can’t even imagine how excited you are to have your doggos back. Can’t wait to see their reaction when you go get them. I miss mine after a week away I couldn’t imagine 6 months or more
These last two episodes gave me goosies, over and over. I couldn't even dream of a lifestyle/places so stunning and gorgeous. I'm in complete awe every time I watch, and live vicariously through you guys and this incredible journey/path in life you're on. Thank you, thank you, thank you for sharing the most beautiful places/scenery on the planet that we would never otherwise see or even know about. Oh,and it was really cool seeing Britt's parents have so much fun. Keep on livin the life!
Just fantastic to see you support your supporters. Awesome video! Meeting you all in Annapolis really meant a lot and you all are truly genuine! Stay safe and can’t wait for next Sunday!
I kind of tried to actually climb into my laptop watching this. This is the THE ONE I would have most loved to have been at. I bet your parents had the time of their lives Brit. Yay Tammy! Go YOU GAL! Having spent so much time with you Colin and Parlay et al, I know exactly what your leaving crew mean, and how they feel. Sometimes we meet people very briefly but what is shared is so heartfelt and connected and never forgotten. My heart is warm just watching this. Much love!
Been a Kava Head for more than 15years. Best stuff around, makes you mellow and a chatty kathy. Zero downside, no hangover or any after affects. Taking it is like drinking a dirt milkshake, but when you get past the taste, it’s worth it. No affiliation, but I get my kava from Kava Kauai in Hawai, they USPS anywhere it’s legal. Party on Garth!
That is so true I’m in Venice I’ve been here 30 years and never experienced this here, thankfully my house survived the repairs from Ian were up to code, now the clean up has begun, stay safe God Bless
Colin unfortunately we don’t follow you on Patreon however we are dedicated followers of your channel and have been for sometime, we just love what you do for the Patreon members which is a lot more than other channels offer and this is absolutely fantastic. We love what you do, where go and the diversity that you cover throughout your journeys, adventures and the crew also supplement so it makes for great viewing. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your sea travels and wish you all the best for the future as we know will be fantastic for us followers, thank you, safe sailing and God Bless you all 😇🙏⛵️
Oh Colin, what a great time so much fun. I so wish I had the money to become a Patreon. All I can do is support you every week and share what a blast. Thank you. I am so excited to get the puppies back. I absolutely can’t wait. Sending love from LIZ in California. ⛵️🐬😍😎🇺🇸
Awe Man, This was certainly one of the best videos ever!!! So many fun and Exciting things happening, Everyone hadda great time!! Cannot wait to see the doggos get back aboard next time!! They will be so happy and Excited!!! Until next Sunday, Stay safe out there in the world!!!
Interesting re the kava ceremony….always been curious about that stuff. Gosh, Brit looks so cute, even with that black eye 😂 Great to see Paula and Tammy having a blast 🤩🥳
G'day Crew, Another great vid . I never get tired of seeing the happy smiling faces, its so infectious and sincere. To see your fellow man treat each other like brothers and sisters is a Godsend. Colin, you just seem to have the rare gift of being able to bring out the best in people when their aboard Parlay, it's truly refreshing . Can't wait to see the dogs reaction , no doubt they will also love being back aboard, among their human brothers & sisters. Respect....!
Thank you, Collin for saying that I can’t afford to be a patron unlimited funds, but I watched you when you was doing super yachts and fell in love with you then you are so amazing to watch my husband laughs at me when I say I can’t miss a show that you put upI said he’s doing what I wanna do but I’m 69 years old. I know I can still do things but that’s probably a little bit much still healthy and go go go but I live through you on the sea.
You need to save up if possible, and go spend maybe a couple of weeks on the boat. Just let them know your level of fitness and do what you can. You won’t get the chance again and once you get through the first few days of getting over being sea sick, you’ll be able to get into it more. Just go and do it.
Keep enjoying the good life parlay crew. How you must miss the dogs. Pity we won't get to see you in Australia. But completely understand the situation. Life is to short short. Enjoy everything the hard work has given you.
@SailingParlayRevival I can’t wait to see the video next week with the reunion with the dogs…they must’ve gone crazy when they saw all of you! I’ve missed seeing them so much. It’s so nice to see Britt with her parents, they had an amazing time. Boy they sure love you Collin, of course everyone does. Send me some Kava please! Thanks for the fantastic videos, take care. 🌻
Brightens every Monday morning tuning into you guys. The atmosphere you extended from Parlay is so beautiful and fun on this episode and can't wait to see the dogs back next week.
Great times in a place of the world I know so well. Always love and welcome from the people of Fiji. Truly a heaven on earth................ amongst the many ;-)
I remember doing the Kava grinding as a kid for my dad & uncles. We called it mud water novacaine as kids. Drink enough to get the body numb, then wash it down with booze, and a good time. So, jealous of your dinner of Kasava & fish, memories of grandma's cooking. I really hope you get to try more traditional meals, Thank you for showing the beauty of Fiji!
Another great episode, enjoyed the fellow Canadian guest crew ! Your videos and kindness give me hope we’ll get to experience the cruiser lifestyle soon!
Beqa Lagoon is a larger circular reef where, depending on direction, the swell wraps around the outside of the lagoon. Saw a few sailboats with surfboards anchored in the lagoon couple of decades ago. Diving was pretty good.
I think that Captain Glenn was on to something at the awards show. There should be a best sailing channel T & A video or channel. But Doodles could only win once. You guys did a great job as hosts. Congratulations to Sasha & Raff.
Another great rundown of your blessed life together out on the Briney. We stayed at Waya island back in the 90's, and went through the Kava ritual as well, dancing and all. Loved the Fijian people. I think you guys are on another Vibration level than the rest of us suburban dwellers, something I'd like to get into sometime in the future.
Colin, Britt, Jamie, Shark Boy and the rest. Fanatstic video. And Britt your parents seemed like cool parents. I just had my left knee replacement a few days ago and this video helped by not thinking aboiut the discomfort. Looking forward to next video and the return of the two DOGS? Cheers Guys Britt hope the eye healed ASAP.
Hi guys, I think Fiji is one of the friendliest islands in the world they all love people. I’ve been there many times and since my accident six years ago I haven’t been back but hopefully soon I’ll be going back to see my family and friends in Fiji once again thank you once again guys for the wonderful video , Cliff from Logan City, Queensland, Australia 🇦🇺 I’m on the big island 🏝️

Totally agree 100%. I've been blessed to have been on a boat under Colins captainship, and he is the absolute best. He's super fun, but safety always comes first.
Colin, missing you on this season of BD Sailing Yacht, but boy, did you make me smile when you interacted with the kids. Happy sailing.

I operate a sailing camp for kids. I hope one day our campers become inspired to take on an adventure like this!

Hello from Hurricane ravaged Siesta key Florida.
We are all alive and busy cleaning up.
Worst backside of a hurricane we've ever seen in 42 years.
So glad y’all got through it in one piece! That was a horrendous duo.

Awesome watch happy tears. Beachcomber Rocks 🤠
