I have this exact boot and I love them. There was no break-in period needed. They were a bit stiff when new but did not pinch. They are warm enough for Vermont winters if you are walking or working. If you are sitting for a long time the 600g thinsulate might not be enough. I don't sit in the cold so they are great. A+ on comfort.
Fantastic boot. Wore my last pair for 4 years. Not a whole lot between April-October but all Winter with high demand and 12+ hours a day 6-7 days a week. Completely Water proof and very warm with good socks (worked in -40 Celsius (-40F)) Make sure to dry them every night and re-oil the leather every couple of months (when they start to look a little dry). Comfort 9.5/10 Durability 9.5/10 Looks 10/10 (dark brown, full grain leather is my shiet)
Best boots ever. I work construction in the cold Canadian winters. these boots are warm and dry day in and day out. I also wear them in the summer and they are a bit hot buy not terrible. Just bought my 3rd pair in a row today. I won't buy anything else.
Picked these up a few days ago. Unbelievably comfortable (equivalent to a slipper) and very warm. Walking through the snow is a breeze. I treated the leather with timberlands waxim leather protector and finished it off with their balmproofer protector so I’m hoping the waterproof features exceed my expectations.
Bought a pair of 1000g's for our Vermont cold. Happy thus far. One exception that was only briefly & quickly 'blown over' in your presentation. It should be noted more prominently that, if you have a work environment that is known to wear heavily on your treads, then you might expect to replace your entire boot just when the uppers are getting well-broken in and becoming comfortable. The reason? The soles on these boits are NOT replaceable. However, if as is the case for me, you don't intend to work in an environment that is particularly tough on sole bottoms and you are mostly concerned with warmth and light-weight comfort, these boots will do the job admirably!
Had these boots less than 6 months working here in Alaska and loved the comfort of these boots right out the box. I didn't get blisters or anything. There wasn't a break in period which was really nice! Just comfort from day one. The issue I had was after several months of wearing them, 12 hour a day, my feet would get really wet if it was raining or puddles on the ground. Made for a long day with wet feet. Not fun! I bought them cus they were suppose to be waterproof. Not water resistant! Lol. Well, so I was able to take them back to where I purchased them at and I got a brand new pair due to them not being waterproof anymore. It was a few days shy of being 6 months of buying them. Great return policy if you are not happy with them. I will be recommending these boots to all my coworkers due to the comfort of them. If they leak again I maybe changing my tune but I'm hoping for the best! Comfy boots are hard to find now days!
I have the non-insulated 8" boon and I'll tell you, besides looking a little like deep sea diver boots, they are the bomb! I crouch a lot at work as a roofer and they have flexibility and durability. Water beads up on them, just make sure they dry at nite. So warm. Great boot.
I have a pair of these but mine have 1000g thinsulate. Very warm and very comfortable. Im in my boots 10-18 hours a day and have had them going on 4 years. They are spendy but worth it. Love them and highly recommend.

Excellent boot I've worn these boots for the past four years now. I used to be a Die hard boot fan for many years, until I put on the Timberlan pro. My opinion best boot ever. Truth is I don't have the insulated version, I live and work in the south. Landscaping and irrigation installation performed everyday with these on. Highly recommend them.

I've got the 200g version that says Vibram on the toe, and they threw the kitchen sink at my boots. I'm really wishing I could get them resoled. This will probably be their last winter. I've already burned into the missile a little. If I'm not buying a boot to rebuild, this is about the only winter boot option I want.

Do you know if they run big or true to size? I've been wearing a 10 medium in Carolinas and thorogoods. I wear a 9 -1/2 in sneakers. Tx
+Ricky Davila if your ordering with free returns then start with a 9.5 med. I find THOROGOOD and Carolina are true American sized boots. Where brands like TIMBERLAND is a general sized boot.
i already have the timberland pro and it is a good boot when I do not have my chippawas i have the timberland pros
I were them Dearing summer there not that hot but they stay warm in the cold
Me too
It's a big old boot .. personally I think splitrocks can't go wrong light and durable good price range, nice vid though keep up the good reviews 👌
😊👍
Anyone work on these on freshly Zambonied ice.
Ice rink ice not just ice on mud or road.
I have to work on the ice rinks and want to know what traction I'm getting...
The ice was smooth but not Zamboni smooth. It had that windblown ice feel. If that makes sense. They did perform better than my buddies sorels.
ty so much...
Just bought these for my husband! He can't wait to try them out :)
It was a good boot until it started to take on water.. But I beat them up pretty good
Buen kalzado
Seriously? -10 is a january nice day in Maine. -50 wind chill is normal
I have the same model.
Mine is 3.5 months old and they get wet inside.
I work in Minnesota during the winter as a carpenter and despite the boots look great and are very comfortable since day one, if you don't dry it every night, you will have cold feet next day. It's not sweat because it's only at the toes area.
Mine get wet in the toe area..cause of the rubber..their completely water proof..my toe area gets a little wet too but its because the toe are doesnt breath...I didnt rain at all or in water but so is near toes were a little wet....
All timberland boots are more for looks even there pro series I had bought a few pair of the boon docks line and they where comfortable but where trashes in about 5 months
Love the boot But it's heavy.
eu tenho uma pro 5 .idade da bota 4 years
这鞋太沉了
Not a big fan of the anti fatigue …not that great and I hope the leather is real
Those were the worse boots I ever bought. Bought two pairs and they didn’t even last a year.
-10... Laughs in canadian
