Shallow Water Trick Catches GIANT Bass! (2 Bass For 20 lbs!!!) 😎

- We're heading shallow! Come along as we search the shallows for bass that are making early moves toward the prespawn. SPOILER ALERT: IT WORKS!!! You're about to witness a beat down as we catch bass after bass, up to 11 lbs!!! This time of year can produce giants if you're willing to pursue them!
So many anglers forget to adapt with the seasons. We're constantly pushing the envelope and searching for fish that are moving ahead of the norm. In this case, it involved moving shallow despite cool conditions. It payed off in a huge way! We started off catching big bass with squarebills and paddle tail swimbaits, then ended it with GIANT BASS on chatterbaits!

I hear you. I live in southern WI and can’t wait until ice out. Winter is almost over. Spring in 20 days+-. Boat and gear are ready. My last day on the water was 11/1, caught 2 LMB over 3#s and lost something that cut my braided line like it was sewing thread. The best perk of retirement is lots of days to be on the water enjoying God’s creation. Tight lines this summer. God Bless!

Nothing better than The Tactical Bassin’ Ballet catching big bass and smack talking all the way! I loved how serious things got when you both hooked into giants. Laughed aloud when Tim bailed out on that underpin to pickup a squarebill. When it came to netting, I’d have to say Matt won. He was set up way in advance when Tim brought in that 9+, which I was REALLY hoping would be 10+. Thx, guys! Another winning video. What a day! They were so stacked up!! I wish the prespawn lasted longer where I live. The further north you go, the shorter the spawn. You guys dropped the hammer on them!
I’m in Rhode Island . I hear you . Tough to catch it because it’s different every year . I caught a bass on a bed in March last year which isn’t supposed to happen . Then another lake ,I fished saw empty beds a week after going identical paths . It’s tough up here unless you get to live on the water and go everyday .
@@gerryhazelton9569 same here in indiana, although i was seeing fish spawn from april all the way into june last year. its so important to stay on top of it in more northern states if you want to catch big fish.

Spent last week in California on a trip to see the Redwoods and got garbage weather all week and had to spend an extra day because we were unable to get out of the mountains. I wish we would have went bass fishing instead!

Great video y’all! I had to pull a Matt last weekend and hand line a 6lber in the boat😂 I live down in Fl and I had a Texas rig burner worm with a 1/4oz and I’m not sure exactly what happened but my rod snapped in half and I just grabbed my line by hand and pulled her in the boat by hand🤣 I got my pics and released her back perfectly healthy.

The 13 fishing jabber jaw is great for that stop and go because it suspends and rocks side to side on the stop beautifully.
Last night caught a bunch of 4 pounders on the rusty bream color and hooked one that was for sure a double digit, the bent out hooks and my drag peeling off say it was a 16 pounder lol.

I’ve been crushing it with a finesse underspin lately. 3/16 oz 1/0 hook and a 2.7” divine. Fish are in 6” of 55 deg water in Fort Worth right now. Nice fish guys! I hope I can run into a giant like that beating the bank this year.

Do you guys have any plans on getting to Alabama and fishing the Coosa River lakes? They are the best spotted bass lakes in the world, and yes better than NorCal. You may not catch a WR but 3 to 6 lb Coosa spots are, imo, the meanest fish alive.
