I’m glad “A Quiet Place” gave John Krasinski the confidence to write/direct more genre films.
Yeah. A Quiet Place has a really creative story so I have high hope for this movie, but I'll set my expectations low just so it can exceeded them.

To me, this movie is Monsters, Inc. as a live-action musical.
Exactly what I was thinking.
If that was real, I would be hyped if it was the 2000’s again
I wish they introduced more movies this way. Instead of just a trailer, you get a behind-the-scenes with the team filling you in on their thought process behind the concept of the film. I'm now a lot more intrigued by it than I think I would be if I just watched the trailer. The visuals look great though. I love the unique designs for each "If" character, they really do seem like something out of a kid's drawing.

This is unique, and can’t wait to see it. This is a mix and a live action Pixar film of fosters home for imaginary friends, and who framed Roger rabbit. I just love how they show the behind the scenes as a teaser.
We need more movies like this. The world is so negative & spiraling downward. More happiness, peace, laughter, & love is needed IMO. Thanks John. I’m not at all surprised it’s you giving us this gift❣️

I feel like the cast is a match made in heaven. John is the type of person you can always feel comfortable around because he’s such a whole person along with being a great actor and director. Ryan Reynolds and Steve Carell to me are both those types of actors that will do any form of comedy and that nothing embarrasses them, along with Jack Black and a few others. I know Cailey Fleming from her time as Judith Grimes on the Walking Dead. She’s growing up so fast and I’m happy to see her receiving more acting opportunities as her career continues moving forward!!!

I know the movie hasn't come out yet, but you can't tell me John Krasinski is not talented. The idea behind "A Quiet Place" was great, and now "IF" looks like it has the same originality. It's no wonder talents like Ryan Reynolds, Steve Carell, and so many others are on board. I would have love to be on production for this movie and to see all the positivity. Looking forward to this movie!

As a fan back in middle school of a certain cartoon with imaginary friends, this is intriguing. And got me on Live Action Pixar, Ryan sure knows how to sell it! After waiting since April’s CinemaCon, I’m officially hyped. And with this all Star cast, it’ll sure translate into a compelling work. Which is no easy task in Post Pandemic Hollywood!

They succeeded for a vibe of a live action Pixar film from what I got from the trailer. This project sounds and feels like it's been given a lot of heart, time, and dedication so already I love it along with the premise and meaning. Can't wait to see it when it's out!
Ever since John initially addressed this as live action Pixar at CinemaCon, I was hoping the trailer would get me onboard and be proven right. And it did just that
The feeling of being able to be in a studio and see everything that happens from the screen is pleasant. It is a great effort and work that they do. how wonderful 🤩

As a kid who once have a bunch of Imaginary Friends, this puts me into tears🥹. Remembering the old days where i always talk to my non realistic friends and people seeing me being weird, but yet this movie is TREASURE.

Don’t get me wrong! I was young, naive and impressionable! I mean it did have an interesting concept. But it was too mean spirited for my liking at times and often felt like a soap opera for kids. I know it was supposed to be a sitcom. But it was just ridiculous how they executed it. But the colorful palette made the show a decent watch at least.

The most imaginative movie for next year. The characters are extraordinary even mostly creative. It made us bring a kid of heart since Toy Story.

I love that this isn't some kind of twisted horror film that one kid has an imaginary friend and does something horribly wrong.
I would have gone been there done that after The Sixth Sense!

Honestly with someone who has an over active imagination this warms my heart. But it’s more of me hanging out with my favorite characters from shows and movies. And it makes me want to see some animated characters make it to this kind of movie with animation styles like this and in live action movie
