• 110 g caster sugar
• The zest of half a lemon
• 3 eggs
• 110 g of milk
• 110 g flour T55
• 75 g of rice flour (you can easily find it in the supermarket)
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
• 1 sachet of baking powder (11 g)
