I just ran out and that was the last I stayed there .. from then I started believing

I believe in Ghost because I have a few experience in feeling their presence.I have insomnia so I don't sleep often even when I do I'm always a light sleeper,When I'm sleeping I can feel someone watching me and something I can hear something breathing down my neck at first it I ignored it but then I started getting nightmares based on some creatures and it's really freaking me out and because of that my insomnia got really worst that I cannot sleep at all. And not just that I sometimes see something like some kind of creature or whatever it is and it always seems to stare at me.I honestly don't know what is happening.
