现在这段时间学校的学业太忙了，能通过Tirion的视频看看多沦落的街景都超开心
ps：蛋糕如果表面快要糊掉了但是里面没有熟的话盖一张aluminum foil再放回去烤一会儿就可以!
Agree. Good tip about aluminium. Check on it at half time helps. And start bake in middle section instead of top section. If outside is cooked but inside isn't, then lower oven temperature helps. Try again when bananas are very ripe.

下次到表面已經金黃可以放錫紙係面，就唔會咁易燶。另外，可以試下較低少少溫度，因為個個爐既溫度都有出入。

Breads are the hardest thing to bake! Even after I made cookies, cupcakes, and even specialty desserts like fudge and mouse, I still struggled with breads! Also, cooking temperature varies a lot with altitude. The recipe person may live at a different height from you, and the temperature needed to be lower for you (or your oven is more efficient than his haha). It's not just your skill that causes error, baking is not exact at all and there are many small things that are hard o know before trying and failing! Next time you want to bake something without it burning, I recommend covering in metal foil (next to plastic wrap in the grocery store).

I know this is an old video but I have some advice. If you don’t want more burning on the top, cover with foil before baking it more.

有時候真的是烤箱不同火力也會影響蛋糕烤出來的結果
You can out some aluminum over it and let it cook a bit more if you ever try it again 🤪

Things to do during 2020 Christmas in T.O, my suggestions:
1) Order ticket for any art performance worldwide and watch them online streaming. I just got one from Netherlands Dance Theater, they have new project released recently.
2) The Polar Drive at Pearson airport.
3) keep baking... LOL

@@tirionlaw219 我睇过你们团二个传统节目Swam Lake ,Nutcracker.除左主角跳得好,要俾群舞演員个like!因为当主角跳独舞时,群舞演员係旁边举手造形认真不容易.尤其Swan lake黑白二只鵝都有几段独舞.真系佩服点可以举咁耐👍

我有学芭蕾舞我grade 2
我3岁开始学芭蕾舞
1. get an oven thermometer to measure your oven temperature. sometimes the temperature is not accurate
2. you should cover the top with foil n let the insides bake without burning the top n halfway through uncover it so that the top can bake
I think is because your oven is big, so you have to use lower temperature and longer time, example :150 celcius 1.5 hour. And I suggest you to put it at the lowest tray. If you find out the surface of the dough is enough colour,you can put an aluminium paper on it. ☺️☺️☺️

I love the snow too! (I feel like its a syndrome of growing up in warmer places when you are young...) Try lower the heat next time and use baking paper in the container - you can also put some walnut in, I find that quite delicious! Hope to see a successful one soon!! :D
Try eating 火雞麵 with sunny-side-up!!!! You will feel less spicy!!!!

It's more safe to bake at a lower temperature but longer time 🙈
Can try Staycation, some packages doing promotion.
I tried to make Banana bread too, but it is hard to make it “good”, and my friend suggest me to make “pound cake”, which make me become expert of the pound cake at home and I will add walnut and chocolate chip too 🤣🤣my suggestion to u is, u need to get use to your oven, so better to make few more times, and U will find the difference. Moreover, to avoid over baked / burned of your cake, u can cover the top with foil paper and aware the bottom temperature in the oven, from my experience I will turn off the bottom heat after 15mins. Hope my sharing can help u😁😁 looking forward to see your next cake making vlog😊😊
I’m living in downtown Toronto, with the lockdown till at least Dec 21st, I don’t think there will be events going on outside.. there’s nothing much u can do but to stay at home or to have one other friend over to your place to celebrate

For your banana bread I think you should put the bananas in the oven for a few minutes with the peel on this will ripen them and this is to make your banana bread more sweet if I’m not wrong

I think the oven temp may have been too high, do lower temp and longer time. Another thing is that you should use a narrower but taller baking pan when doing bread baking. Also, one trick about baking with bananas is that the bananas should be very ripen, i think yours were too raw for baking. The more ripen the bananas are, the more it can retain the moist in the bread.
