Facts about this MV: Gummy would not have such a good MV if not because of Kim Hyun Joong. She tried to ask some "popular stars" to become the male lead for her MV, and they all turned her down. When she talked to KHJ about this, he decided to do that for her for free, because of his friendship with Gummy and the fact that she was making a comeback after two years. Filming for the MV was carried out under a tight schedule from April 22 - 23rd, as they filmed from day to night with hardly any breaks in between. Then, HJ had to rush to Japan for his rehearsal for a concert on the 25th. That's the real Kim Hyun Joong and how he treats friends.

Then you would know that Choi was charged with attempted fraud, defamation, giving false statements and images (take from the internet) and fined. Ordered to pay KHJ back for the money his (then) Agency had him pay. She would have had a jail sentence. But got out of it because of her child. Instead she was fined heavily for her efforts :)

The court dismissed the case because there was no evidence to her allegations. I read that the girlfriend hurt herself on gym equipment and blamed Joong Hyun. I've also read that she attacked him and he pushed her away and that is how she got hurt. She kept changing stories as well and was unreliable and harrassing him. Joong Hyun sued her for defamation of character and won the law suit and also had to pay him around 94,000. She used the child as a pawn and deliberately kept the child away from him even though he wanted to be in the child's life, which he now is. He has apologized for the scandal and moved on with his life to be a better person.
Why is it when a woman accuses a man the woman is always believed to be telling the truth? I have a son, brothers, and father and there's akways 2 sides to a story. From all the articles I've read, Joong Hyun's ex seemed to be bat sh*t crazy.
