According to what the members themselves said, Jimin has the scariest anger ( but this is an old information, Before debuting, Jimin gets angry very quickly, but he gradually got better and better and changed When he was getting older ) But Jimin is really a sweet person, he doesn't really show any anger in front of the camera, just a wingless angel who gives hope to everyone.
According to members he is the kindest and the most angelic person. The most maturest and helpful. If I remember only V said that Jimin is the scariest and I think it was a joke. You guys like to mention that one thing of 10 years ago but never mention what members said during these all years. That he is the kindest, that he is the first who helps and comforts them, that he has the best hugs, that he is an angel and very wise person. I think that jimin is scary, when his being in serious mode and people show disrespect. While Jhope is scary in area of dancing since his the dance leader and mostly teach members choreography.
Thats why in V's list jimin is first and Hobi is second.

It is very well known that the kindest people are the scariest when they're angry because they won't get mad at you for trivial things only in very tough situations and anger when it's used on the right moment for the right reasons it adds to that person kindness so I don't get it why you hate it when we say he's scary when he's angry even Jk expressed how he gets mad it's never smth bad

Jimin is the kindest and the sweetest member. Members consider him as an angel of the group. During their trainee days he was the most straightforward but day by day become more softer. As Suga said: Jimin softened up the most. And JK and V said that Jimin is always there for them always to support and help. RM said that Jimin Looks the cutest but he is the maturest among all of them and he likes to talk with him a lot off the camera. I respect Jimin so much. He is really a wonderful person.

The clip shown at 8:29 with the boy and the plushie, is from the show “hello counselor” which is a counseling show in which brings people who are need of help with certain situations , and bring them on the show in hopes of helping fix whatever that problem is. 3 situations are mentioned per epsiode. In this certain episode, which aired in 2017 if I remember correctly, one of the situations that were put on the show was about this like 14 year old boy who has an obsession with plushies, like a CRAZY crazy obsession with plushies, I’m talking throwing a tantrum for these plushies. The mom tired of all of this, submitted her situation to hello counselor and was brought to show with her son, and I’m pretty sure her daughter as well. And it’s honestly crazy. If I remember correctly, there some crazy shit he would do when his sister wouldn’t play dolls with him, I don’t remember that well, but it’s terrible. And when you watch the video you can tell how visibly upset and angry jimin looks through this whole part of this episode, and I believe that’s especially because jimin has a younger brother who he absolutely adores and he just couldnt imagine how someone could treat their younger sibling so terribly. When I was a new ARMY I thought that taehyung would look the scariest when he gets mad but I realized he's the least scariest when he's mad it's just his face that makes him look scary .. surprisingly it's Jimin and J-hope who look the scariest when they're angry , frankly Jungkook's scary too , I noticed that when you speak about each member you don't mention Jungkook and V I think you're still not that familiar with their personalities
honestly I think instead of getting mad as jimin he is more hurt by things. so he probably thinks about the situation a lot being annoyed and all but I don't think he actually goes off like jimin would. but I totally see him being the most straight forward member when it comes to such things. so if something is annoying or kind of out of pocket for him he'll be the first to let them know.
