We have 170+ living languages. Theyre entirely different, in that the vocabulary is completely different, the grammar rules too. It's because the Philippines has 7 thousand islands. So Tagalog and Bisaya are the most spoken languages. But there's a lot! We don't call them dialects because like, Tagalog has different dialects (like north and south tagalog) but if the Tagalogs talk to each other, they still understand each other. But if we talk to a Bisaya, we wouldnt understand:)
