I agree with Manish! Very nice job Holger. Thank you. I did find it more difficult than expected to remove the screen with the provided plastic spudger and ended up using the edge of a box cutter blade to get started. I did manage to cut into the 'gasket' material a bit.
What happened to the volume at 6:16??? Also it is not necessary to remove the screen, just lay it over and be careful. Removing the screen just creates more chances of damaging sensitive connectors and keeps it a much simpler job to do.

Where do you get that pry tool. They need to include that with the battery kits, but they never do.
I found it in ebay and alie. Many of them come with the replacement battery

You will want to replace the waterproof seal. In order to do that, you will have to remove the screen as is shown.
