I've had some great games with randoms the best players are follower's but they don't stand to close to you blocking the corner you might have to back up from then fire when your reloading . Once people realise there's only so much you can carry being a team and staying close should be priority because everyone gets something .the worst players especially at the hotel are those that split off as soon as you get to it . Being close and taking out those first team's or boss together is the most important thing before rooms . The amount of times I've gone with full teams to hotel motel ect killed the boss then looked around and they are all in different areas then the inevitable camping team turns up after the smoke and boss voices are gone and surround you

The craziest thing was when I got that T5 guy in the team. I killed 2 operators with my AP slugs, hoping to loot some quality gear (I was in T2) only to find out that T5 guy looted the best guns from them. These people do not have honor or dignity.

What I like to do is create a party and then wait for ppl to join, once they join I'll ask if they have mic if they do I'll play with them as they're far more likely to respect you if there's that voice to voice interaction, if they're silent they get kicked out.
Maybe I should try it

I killed a juiced t5 guy with only mp5 dumdum and then my random teammate tried to kill me because he wanted the loot. Had to run from the enemies and my teammates. I extracted at the last minute... he was spectating and hoping that I dont make it out.

I mean that's basically what they are.
I always queue with random and just use them as baits.
It's good to get a competent randoms while I'm just ratting (I actually almost never loot steal even while I was ratting, most of the time the goblins always steal my loot while I'm hiding and just use the corpse to bait the enemy squad).
5:12 in that situation, if you aim with that saiga, you should easily kill him. Its AP Slugs. so this ammo got zero spread dmg. If you aim to his chest/neck/head. He is dead instantly :)
I checked the after fight report bro.. I hit him in the chest and in the head.. he was level 5.. he survived

I actually don't really like chatting too much in Voice-chat but communication is the key for good squad. I would love to have pings or better Command Voices ingame, instead of using voice-chat.
