I love the whole story of José Grimorta! He's definitely my favorite character in this video and his Pokémon are great. The Movieater line is amazing! But José's whole thing with Monswyrm and after learning its memories was my favorite scene. Fantastic stuff!
I am awestruck by your story telling and characters, choosing to do it as black and white with an old-timey TV border, creepy-low tone narrator voice, much like the previous video about the discovery of Osiriver. I like that Jose is a ghost type specialist and is a movie director/film maker but not so tied to his passion to the point where he can't sympathize or empathize with others be it pokemon ir humans, or rather it is an extension of it. Liked the snippet we get about Marino's relationship with his sister, the water type gym leader for the Fyrunn region, and that Carla who has been Marino's fan gives him some insight as what kind of person he can be and how he can be better moving forward "Chef's kiss" and Happy Halloween 🎃👻

Is this regional Woobat also inspired by the spectral bats? Edit: I was scared of how Mykel would sound saying "Et de Varginhas" with his accent 🤣🤣 Also, fan fact, "Capelobo" is from tupi speech ("tupi" been one of the two main lenguage of the brazilian natives) and translates to "bone-breaker wolf", even though the creature itself is not a wolf. It's a nice name for a ability though, hmm... Also, can we just talk about Mykel acting like those shady, sinister horror stories narrator? So funny. Edit 2: I think it's reasonable that the possessed witchcrafter, which is also a Dark-type managed to break Jose's cool. Also, i loved the little reference to tick-tack croc on that scene, if it was intentional. Also, Gengar just pretty much been the Goat of the movie and the fight.
I would definitely want to train Tamatasma. Idea and execution are perfect. It feels a bit more like a normal/ghost-type for me but maybe this typecombination would be too broken for this already fearsome pokemon.

You should make the movie a dlc and make the main character/ trainer some kind assistant or actor in the movie and at the end they catch the lenders Pokémon

I mean don’t get me wrong if it’s based on the same Brazilian myths for example a Cuca inspired crocs mon that is fine as I don’t own that. And you can execute it in a 1000 different ways and put your own twist on it. But to do it the exact same way I did or copy one of my original ideas like a movie themed anteater for example that would be wrong. You can’t just recycle other people’s ideas..that’s called plagiarism.

Well I’d hope that would be obvious from what you’ve seen so far in the Zonhe Region and its themes. I love the culture, not just the mythology, which I’ll admit is super fascinating. But how important pop culture is there and how passionate everyone seems to be. Especially when it comes to art, of all mediums. The Brazilian fans I’ve met over the years doing Fakemon for example have been the nicest and most supportive. And a lot of the talented artists I’ve met in this community are Brazilian too. So it’s clear how passionate Brazilians are about either their craft or the things they enjoy. Looking at José Mojica Marin’s work in cinema for example as it inspired this character and video. Even when he isn’t acting he would often dress up in character or creepy costumes. You can tell he lived and breathed for his work. I can see that in many Brazilian artists, Anita for example. I love her music and how experimental it is as she’s trying to branch out and reach other countries in the music industry. Her drive and passion is also impressive. So I think the thing I love most about Brazil from my personal experience is the respect everyone puts on the things that make you happy. I appreciate that as I am a very passionate person who often throws myself into everything I enjoy in the same way and a lot of people here in the states don’t seem to understand that kind of passion. So I love to see how it seems to be quite common over there. 💚💙💛
