    Richard,.this i do every second day i do basic 90 Degree squats with Dumbells at the privacy of my home and nature walks for my health and wellbeing also good eating habits and as always showing kindness and respect to all peoples.God bless you all in Jesus Name.

    Come on, Greg... front squats are IN NO WAY comparable to a low bar back squat (suggested as a possible main alternative at 3:55 ish)

      They're incredibly comparable. Both are Quad dominant movements involving hip, knee and ankle flexion in very similar amounts with a bar loaded over the system.

      As long as you squat heavy, it doesnt really matter that much which style of squat you choose ...

    there is no one who watches a 40 minute video about squats and wants to hear simple things.. dont try to make it simple by not giving details and not getting deeper :P . thats my personal opinion*

      This channel is not about simple things, but about advanced biomechanics and training and it's impossible to explain something in 4 minutes.
