A lot of people say that preparation consists more of practicing to move through the exam efficiently rather than studying the actual material on the exam

@@usersdksdfg there is no east/short way to answer that. I highly highly highly recommend you get mometrix 2024 AFOQT study guide. They will set you up for success. Focus on test taking strategies for each section, choose your battles wisely (you won’t have time to answer every question), and take practice tests!

Takes time and work. Get a notebook and keep track of key rules and operations. Do lots of problems and continue to study
