Aziza, 71 years making bread. You are awesome. This is what I call Experience. This is a classical video, from a woman who knows what she is doing. May Allah Bless Your Soul. Thanks
My Fathers parents landed landed in Canada from the mountains of Lebanon around 1904. I have been enjoying the Beautiful Lebanese dishes all my life. My mouth is watering watching this lol. Thank you , Thank you.
Excellent video work of the lost art of hand kneading. And of course bravo Mrs. Aziza. I cannot understand who would give a thumbs down. If you don't like it just leave! She is demonstrating an obvious craft. Well 2 Thumbs up from me! Ignore the negative people and keep going.
Such a Sweet MOM. You are lucky to have her. Full-of skills, Thank you for showing the correct way. of bread making, May God bless you & keep you in good health.

I was so blessed watching your Mom! I grew up watching my Citi making batches of goodies using one dough recipe. Brought back wonderful memories for me. Thanks to you and your Mom!
So blessed to see lovely lady to make the breads.. This shows years of experince of her in making this bread .. i wish i could eat this.. Love from Maryland USA.
Loved this video! This is getting to be such a lost art & it is so priceless to see someone makes this who knows exactly what she is doing. She obviously loves doing this. What a treasure!
You are truly an experienced Artisian, I can only imagine the amount of years you have been doing bread this way. You are to be admired how easy it looks when you do it. I did a recipe for pita and it took me all morning for 16 pitas. Thank You for showing your skills on video which we can learn .
She is incredibly good! What she does is an art many have lost. I remember helping my grandmother during summer time making fatayer, manaeesh, last be ajin , cheese pizza and more. How I miss those days. God bless you Aziza! Love you
THANK YOU! Aziza and your daughter reminded me of my own Lebanese grandma and helped me brush up on dough making skills. You've really inspired us to get going on pita and fatayer. The flavors and smells of my childhood to enter my kitchen soon! Love, Sara
If someone doesn’t ‘like’ her video, don’t watch...but don’t do a negative (comment.) She’s perfectly wonderful, such a sweet lady. I just wondered why so much all at once, what was the purpose? My mom used to make bread, her mom before her. Oh what a wonderful smell, we kids couldn’t wait until she cut that first loaf. I can still smell it today. Thank you for sharing, I am subscribing!!!
She is WONDERFUL AND ADORABLE!!! I would love to make Her bread but it is way too much for just My Husband and Me. She makes it look easy. I am sure She has very strong arm muscles!!! I love this video!!!
AZIZA you are the BEST, the way you stretched the dough so fast and for it fit the pan every time. It all looked so good but I think my belly would be in trouble from those meat pies, I know I would eat way to many. Also I must mention you don't look a day over 60 and have one of the greatest attitudes, THANK YOU FOR SHARING SOME OF YOUR LIFE WITH US.
Thank you for sharing, Aziza! I love baking and trying new recipes! I am intrigue by the way your formed the Lebanese bread! I wish you were my neighbor!
Mashallah!! I’m so impressed! I’m 65 years old and have started making Arabic bread only a couple of months ago... I’m in love with it and getting somewhat obsessed with making flatbread but I’d like to learn how you spin the dough on your arm to stretch it Aziza. I wish you’d post a video on that. Thank you so much for all the hard work you did. I salute you 😍
