Puro negative talaga nakaraan
Section 2 might be changed as the residents in Pandacan and Santa Mesa areas choose not to affect their homes and that would be placed along above Pasig River and San Juan River.
Ang progress gang section 1 sa very magandang, walang ng section 2 trabaho sa Skyway, section 3 progress sa magandang & section 4 along A. Bonafacio sa fair. Great videos ikaw do Dimitri. I enjoy them.
ayusin ang daan sa osmena highway nb at padaanin ang maraming truck sa osmena highway nb at one lane muna gamitin sa osmena highway nb at ipatupad ang two lane truck policy sa osmena highway nb monday to saturday 7:30 am - 7 pm and 10 pm - 6 am and sunday 9:30 am - 2 pm and 3:30 pm - 6 pm at wala munang dumaan sa buendia flyover sa osmena highway
@dmitrivalencia In your estimate, do you think the whole stretch, from the Buendia to Balintawak will be done by mid 2019, in time for the 2019 SEA Games? Even without the on/off ramps yet?
i think 2019 is already a safe estimate for skyway if the contractor will exert all their workforce section 1. Look how the works along NAIAX suddenly gone fast. Well this is just my opinion.
wow grabeh..daming construction daming trbaho..super dami ang magkktrabho..goodbye drugs,,goodbye curraptions, goodbye criminalities..were on our way to a clean living..to a better life and better country..with God. Thank You Lord For granting us Filipino..:):):)
Hi dimitri this is for educational purposes only but can you be the FIRST to do a joyride in corregidor island stopping along historic landmarks there if possible? If I know a person who can pull this off is you. Hope you take this challenge of an adventure. Thanks and more power.
Dmitri, you are a man among men; putting up with this abuse for our sake! Although I think that by the end of this construction, you will have moved from Xanax and Snickers bars to Demerol and Mad Dog 20/20...XD I feel your pain (I watched the I-95 construction by Philly Int'l Airport take 13 YEARS mostly due to lawsuits, it started when I started 7th grade, when they were done I'd graduated from high school, spent 5 years in the military and was living in the DC metro area for 2 years when they finished-now tell me that isn't a drag!) Carry On!
i have been under the influence of Prozac haha (just joking) :-D One big hindrance in these constructions were the legal aspect like lawsuits as you have mentioned. Here in the Philippines you also have to deal with the utility companies.. they have to relocate their post and wiring which is very troublesome since it consume a lot of lead time. I have a fair share of that very bad experience when it comes to rewiring of these lines... both electrical and utility... If there is only a way government would do something for these private companies.... thanks for watching sir!
DeaconG1959 I also lived in the Philadelphia area in Ridley Park, I know just what you're talking about, I also lived in Elwood, New Jersey & Also Newark, Delaware before I went into the Navy in 1972. The construction of I-495 in Delaware started in mid 1963 & it took 15 years to build it, and there's the final 50 miles of I-95 from Ewing, New Jersey to I-287 that never got built yet & won't.
Those issues should be address right before hand during Planning stage and even r/way issues should be secured before any construction should starts. only in the PI
there is a section 2 in the skyway that will pass n domingo area but still there is a possibility of changing the design and where the skyway will pass.
:( Kuya Dmitri, why do you think, na aside from the fact na nakabalandra yung poste dun, hindi nila maikabit yung girder dun?
I'm afraid Dmitri, that all the new Skyway's will be building the parapet like that on NAIAx. I recall they claim it will minimize the flying buses that usually break off the tubular railing that we see on Skyway Stage 2 and Stage 1. Also if you check the new jersey barriers of STAR tollway and the full length median Jersey barrier of TPLEx, they are all concrete, which to my recollection was first seen on NLEx 4x4 from Balintawak to Balagtas. Notice also that the 5km long Candaba viaduct circa 1978 has never had a fly-over accident and the parapets are all concrete, no tubular railing. If you also notice, parapets with tubular railings are used on bridges that have a pedestrian sidewalk. I don't know if the railing, which is canted in board is meant to stop pedestrians from keeling over and falling off in case they look over the railing, but it is the only reason why the railing is canted inward. If the bridge doesn't have pedestrian access, the tubular railing is superflous. Also, the railing is designed to break away on impact but the impact it is designed for is a glancing blow or lateral shunt. If it is direct hit or perpendicular, the way some of the buses flew off the Skyway, the railing is useless at preventing a bus from flying over. Anyway, my sources are only on the marketing side of Citra. None from San Miguel Infra and Vertex. Maybe your sources are from the design team of non-Gin-gineers. I hope we hear from them.
Most probably the median will be similar to NAIAX since the cables are underground daw and Parapet wall daw similar to NAIAX also. My only problem with parapet wall is i feel like a hamster in a tube running around.. unlike guard rails that feeling of claustrophobia is just around plus the view.... With regards to flying buses, class2 and class 3 drivers should have the common sense to know when the roads are wet, condition of vehicle either road worthy or not, and speed as physics when you carry a heavy weight etc... Unfortunately wala most of them do not know that :-( Wishing for a fast pace in the coming months. Long live Gin-gineers and Rumchitects sir hehehehe!

Claude Mac That's good. At least walang maapektuhang residente sa area na yun. Hirap nga naman kasi itayo yung section 2. Maraming pasikot-sikot... :(
may God bless the philippines....
Wag na tau magreklamo guys. Long term investment ang infrastructures and although natatrapik tau ngaun ng bonggang bongga, maaayos din yan in time. :)
Wow! Too many structures. Beautiful buildings.

Maybe its just that the materials needed are delayed in either delivery or production...
