- Ahh yes... the Off Brand Thomas Theme. Very clear they used the official theme as a basis for this but it's all fun nonetheless. I do like this one, it's got a nice old timey feel to it and captures the feeling of Thomas nearly as well as the official theme does.
This was commissioned by @KumataJDG on Twitter, so thank him for helping this come to existence.

And could be used in Super Mario 64 too.

Audiobooks in the 80s/early 90s were common for this sort of 'off brand' music that sadly wasn't the official theme but still super catchy. They similarly had a neat synth theme for the Postman Pat tapes, as blasphemous as it may seem to not have the official one (though some had BOTH apparently).
Yeah, I swear I remember having Pat tapes that had the original theme on them. Mind you, it has been about 21 years since I last heard them lol.
@@SudrianAfro Yeah I think it was in that hiatus Pat wasn't making any new cartoons that they had the audiobooks with the 'off brand' theme. Some of them have been uploaded onto TH-cam recently.

I was listening to your original cover yesterday, (I use it for my S:SOC Series 7 intro.) and I was hoping you'd do a modified/extended version, for something that would sound similar to the original for a RWS Mini-series I'm doing, and only fourteen hours later I come across this.
