@@devildevil1223 this is true for almost every deck (except Rogue cause "what damage"), but at least stoic comes with some kind of one shot protection, where even the Rogue can get one sniper bullet and be sucking their thumb in the corner for a medic bag. that is the thing Stoic can eschew doctor bags, but when playing in a team, you should bring what your team needs, and doesn't have, but you get a team of 4 stoics, everyone has some level of skill (especially playing on DSOD), and maybe only one person needs to spec into Doctor bags, you get 4 Grinders on DSOD and 2-3 people better have Doctor Bags, or it is gonna suck, and even then it probably still will suck.
@@gardian06_85 Too right mate, but at least you don't have to depend on Doctor Bags for survival. You can take Jack Of All Trades and take Ammo and Doctor Bags without spending all your skill points on them and still help the team
Since I play with bots I usually shuffle sum points around from ur builds such as inspire aced and quick fix ace for better jokers or more points for my shotgun

Wait I still dont get how to get ur health back, like sometimes hes super low on health cuz a dozen comes and then after killing it hes suddenly back up
@@tommylakasi3022 If you drink the flask (grenade button) then you get the health back. If you don't get shot for a few seconds, that's another way to get it back.
I explain in the video mate. So the damage you take is hurting you over time, you see the damage by the broken line in your health bar. As soon as you use the hip flask you get 50% of that broken health bar back as regen health
I built this just yesterday after reaching lvl 100, and i gotta admit its super fun playing it, even though i couldnt completely have the exact skills. im using with the lmg and loving it!
the 30% armor increase from iron man basic gives 21-27 hp extra to your 300-320 hp depending on what ballistic armor you wear. If you pick underdog aced, you get 10% less damage, which basically equals 30-32 hp. It's also 1 point less expensive than iron man basic, but underdog only activates when enemies are somewhat close. Just something I wanted to point out for people to consider when trying to make a stoic build.
This also seems like a very good VR build if you can properly manage your health, included with the interaction damage reduction, and the shotgun perks.
They must have changed stuff because I had to take some extra things to get the crucial ones. For the skills. Like I need to get painkillers in order to get inspire
I swear there's a mechanic with stoic where like. The 50% health regen is based off of damage you have to take over time rather than whats on your health bar. You could be wittled down at like 10% health by a sniper, drink your flask and suddenly you get a third or half of your health back. Am i just drunk off of stoic or is that genuinely a strat?
Probably not helpful anymore but if you have 50 health left but 200 damage to take and use your flask, it will give you 100 health, hence why it's better on high difficulties. Basically, half of what damage you would receive is converted to health, not half of the damage on your healthbar
If you remove inner pockets ace and ace low blow, you spend the same points but you are able to wear a heavier ballistic vest, customize the izma with more mods, and get max crits as long as you are under 25 detection
This build is amazing, just goes to show why the meta is what it is. Is it broken? perhaps. Is it fun? certainly. You also forgot to mention that you can spec into taking the big brother magazine if you use a 33 Concealment bronco, which what I usually rock. That said, you can also spec into different weapons like the long-forgotten Cavity 9mm and go for crits. You can also even spec into crazier shotguns like the AA-12 and go for Aced Low Blow builds due to not needing dodge. Or maybe go a bit ballsy and use a viable minigun build out of all things.
5:07 Transporter Aced doesn't help with bag moving because you have no Armor. (Right?). Build doesn't change; You still have to spend the 4 points to unlock Iron Man Basic, and Transporter Basic works, but you have to waste the points (like Inner Pockets Aced in Suit Sneaky Bastard Builds.)
Die hard aced doesn't give you more health though, it states it gives more armor and while that sounds like it would translate to having more health, it doesn't actually give you any more, however basic iron man does.
This is great stoic build mate my friend gifted me the gage spec ops pack and im doing pretty good with izhma dodge form your builds thanks for the build mate
Towards the end of the demonstration, he seems to be regening a little bit of health despite taking no damage from the sniper above at 10:27 and onwards whilst opening the electrical panel. How is this happening? Or did I read the stoic perk deck wrong?
Take it from me, a guy who only plays mayhem, my friends wanted to play overdrill, so we played death sentence to make it harder than it already was, and I beat it with no down at all, I got downed by cloak ers, but that’s it, this build works!
I like to bring some Goliath akimbos instead of shizhma, with LBV and low blow ace I also get up to 27% crits just with the cause of losing Health (no Iron man). The damage you can deal with those weapons is absolute nuts.
Nice mate. Yea I played a lot with ICTV, definitely feels tanky. I think it’s just because I use dodge a lot that I felt kinda sluggish, I think stoic with any form of armor is still good
People saying that the build can’t be done on console you’re right to a slightly, you unfortunately need to spend 18 points to unlock Iron Man rather than 16, which was the case here. I would suggest you get the armor regeneration that effects you, and your team where as that’ll be of more use opposed to the 0 armor regeneration you’ll be getting running this deck, I highly recommend you test out the build it is incredible, yes even now.

It’s because of your infamy level mate. With infamy unlocks you get access to the skill tiers in a couple less points. I put my old cringey video in the description where I explain it a little
Anarchist and stoic and rouge are the best perks deck by how great they are like anarchist is the best on offense play style and stoic is the best for objective play style and rouge for a defensive play style for one down love the content mate

Quick guestion: if u Infamy do you gain more skill points per level such as if ur infamy 0 you have one skill point per level But for infamy 1 you get two skill points per level
no mate, max skill points are still 120 at level 100. Infamy allows you to unlock the skill tiers with less points, for example, non infamy takes you 18 to unlock inspire, infamy is 16
@@b33croft Muscle would be interesting. I used to use muscle as my main build before I started to use biker to see if I could make it work. Muscle is extremely versatile. I actually used a full grenade launcher build with it. Piglet and arbiter, it worked well enough though bulldozers were the only problem. I solved that with javelins.
@@b33croft I used the ictv. But if you want to use something lower you can. It'd be interesting to see what you'd do with it though. Either way you're doing 2 of my favorite perk decks.
yea I ask mate because there's controversy around using ICTV on death sentence. See swat deals 225 damage on DS and I think the ICTV only gets you to 221 armor, so whether you use it or not, your armor is gone in one shot. that's what I believe anyways, will do more research when I make the video!
This perk deck outclasses any others. I mean there are no other perk deck that allows you to stand right in front of a minigun dozer on DW or even DS and unload a shit ton of bullets, loses all of your health, only to hit a single button and regenerate them back fully. Alcohol is bad, but this perk deck is really addicting
I run a similar build to the heavy shotgunner but with akimbo brothers grimm 12 gauge with big brother magazine shark teeth nozzle and 000 buck its pretty fun

This build is Godly, the only problem i have with it is the ammo type for the primary, i prefer flechettes over the 000 but its not so bad

Exactly mate, it’s either spend that 4 or spend more in order to get iron man, a slight waste but worth it
I just use any lmg with body expertise/surefire. Everything gets SHREDDED. And a comapct GL for secondary

Regening health without the perk deck was through using the hostage taker skill mate. Having jokered cops regens health

Nah mate, I’m just referring to me being max infamy and utilizing the maximum of the infamy benefits

@@b33croft Muscle would be interesting. I used to use muscle as my main build before I started to use biker to see if I could make it work. Muscle is extremely versatile. I actually used a full grenade launcher build with it. Piglet and arbiter, it worked well enough though bulldozers were the only problem. I solved that with javelins.

@@b33croft I used the ictv. But if you want to use something lower you can. It'd be interesting to see what you'd do with it though. Either way you're doing 2 of my favorite perk decks.
yea I ask mate because there's controversy around using ICTV on death sentence. See swat deals 225 damage on DS and I think the ICTV only gets you to 221 armor, so whether you use it or not, your armor is gone in one shot. that's what I believe anyways, will do more research when I make the video!

This perk deck outclasses any others. I mean there are no other perk deck that allows you to stand right in front of a minigun dozer on DW or even DS and unload a shit ton of bullets, loses all of your health, only to hit a single button and regenerate them back fully. Alcohol is bad, but this perk deck is really addicting

Doesn’t have to be but it feels like really slow regen without aced
I run a similar build to the heavy shotgunner but with akimbo brothers grimm 12 gauge with big brother magazine shark teeth nozzle and 000 buck its pretty fun
