This video is really good fabulously made but there is one problem, it's my suggestion
If SVB have purchased fixed rate of interest securities, as you said they won't be able to hedge it with interest rate options that's a bit mistake the only way is to enter into a swap contract or a forward contract mostly appropriate will be swap only this is my humble suggestion
