@@daisuke910 it's worldwide, they have a specific date + time, and limited number of DNA kits for sales (basically mcm AirAsia sale back then haha). What I did was to have my credit card ready and get on their website like 5-mins before the sale, refresh like hell. The second the sale starts, add the items I want into the card and pay right away.
The kits will be shipped to you within a week or so, I got mine delivered by DHL in a week from HK.

This is a very good knowledge, its expensive but worth it IMHO. If you're at risk of something, you can look up about how to avoid or lower the risk of that specific disease. Also, iChang is still young looking, beautiful and cute despite that result. I knew you both were health conscious when looking at how you modified your Malaysian cookings but now you have to cut down a little on Malaysian dishes because some of them are oily and fatty. Haha

Even though ichang's results said she is at risk of dementia it also clarified that other factors contribute to it.
So take care of your diet and excercise. I remember reading a study about why certain races have a lower percentage of dementia in their population. One thing they found was that those races consumed a lot of turmeric. I think it means regularly, not quantity. Turmeric has many health benefits when added to cooking. Those benefits are greatly increased when you add freshly ground black pepper just at the end of cooking.
Do look up the benefits of turmeric. Also use coconut oil and olive oil instead of corn or other oils.
Also for Jimmy's stomachache, try to consume a spoonful of honey everyday. This is a recommended practice from the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him and I've actually seen it work. Make sure it is pure honey, not the stuff with added sugar.
But try to eliminate some common stomachache causing foods for a while and see what happens, I.e milk, bread, rice. Maybe reduce the rice first because its nearly impossible to eliminate 😅😅

You could also do fasting. Fasting helps your stomach rest from processing food making it work better. Almost like maintenance. But dont push yourself to hard. If you got gastric then its better to break the fast.
Don't worry too much about the health, just take care and always keep happy, you can become younger.

yes. Blood has DNA but in saliva contains DNA too. Nowadays, we can amplify the quantity of the DNA even in small amount. The equipment is also sensitive which requires small amount of DNA to have a readout. Though it is so expensive, and you also pay the scientist to translate the result. Trust me, it is not easy. I bet the company should have a software developed to instantly read what related genes are rather than read it manually. Though that is limited to targeted gene only.
@@daisuke910 oops, silly me. Thanks for correcting. Both saliva and blood have DNAs. And yes, they must have made serious analysis, statistics and developing the tech to know cancer prone, skin age, Alzheimer's whatnot. Imagine what a blood sample can do.

DNA test is expensive because it involves many lab tests. Some test require long time and must go through few processes to get the result and require diligent sample handling.

My story is I dropped eating a majority of Malaysian food and fast food from my diet and focused on a clean eating diet with a good exercising regime since 2012, and now when I indulge into fast food or 'healthy' Malaysian food, I will get stomachaches that is equivalent to a nuclear meltdown.and even recent experiences I had food poisoning during Ramadan because of some 'healthy' dishes I got from a local Ramdan Bazaar. Other peers that patronized the same stall didn't have my problem, so I deduced is that my gut biomes has a specific acceptance of food now, and dishes that aren't particularly healthy in the long run would be devastating.

Hi all. Just an FYI for ya…. A large number of Black people in the USA show that they have 2-3% Asian blood as well. Also, more than HALF of the Hispanic/Mexican race of people are showing African in the blood line as well when they send off for their DNA tests. So that should tell you a little something right there. Need to be happy…because it’s the VERY THING that’s going to help you look younger than your friends in old age. Cheers!

My family members are concentrated in Johor, Klang Valley and Perak. The most surprising bit from the result is the 4% European DNA in me and from a rather obscure region too (Finland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania), which is totally unexpected, similar to when iChang find out that Jimmy has 2.3% African DNA in him.

Noah has 3 son that is still alive after big flood. Sam, Ham and Yafits. Sam or semitic race is referring to Arab, Jew and European. They have high nose white skin. Its the chilli 🌶️ in Malaysian food that will upset your stomach. They are delicious but my tummy cant handle them, so if I stay away from chilli (especially the dried powder, curry powder etc) then Im fine. So Jimmy stay away from chilli but if you like Malaysian food good luck with that because its an ingredient in almost Malaysian food (except for Chinese food, a lot less in their cooking)

What you guys probably have is like me and most modern day folks which is Hypochondria or in simple terms Health Anxiety. But it's alright, we are just people who have the tendency to care more about our health. No worries, just balance our diet. Eat unhealthy once, fight back twice or thrice. Healthy diet and exercise is the way to go
Maybe you can try migrate to Malaysia tho! Malaysia is one of less streesful country to stay. I have seen some Japanese youtubers move to Malaysia recently. You can stay in any states.. 😊. I have a friend move to Sarawak for retirement, its better than move overseas as when you are older you cant withstand 4 seasons weather anymore.
