Govt. High school Hayan Kangan lacks infrastructure and basic facilities

Same here in Bsc Nursing colleges in Reasi and in other colleges of Jammu where there is lack of infrastructure, teachers , laboratory facilities.
Students are suffering a lot .
Their future is getting spoiled .
Why anyone is not taking any action, Why they are not focusing on their future
