Aslam Alaykum can you please tell me the carrot you baked what was the manarution and did you put black pepper and salt in gravy please reply and also what did you put in peas after you boiled.thankyou

I put boiled carrots in the oven just to keep them warm only for 5 to 7 minutes otherwise they get dry . Yes I added salt and pepper even sometimes I add leftover chicken stock. Peas and sweetcorn needs 5 minutes as frozen peas don’t take much time. You can sprinkle salt and pepper on peas and sweetcorn or fresh lemon juice. Hopefully it helps
