I had problem with the third method. When trying to remove the outer white part of the image, I pressed delete but then the image disappeared. Why does it happen and how to fix it? I'm using my laptop so delete=backspace.
Btw, thanks for ur instruction, super handy.

I had the same issue. You have to click the direct select button. The white cursor arrow, not the back. And click on one of the white spaces within the image, make sure there's a box around the image. Click 'select' then 'same', then 'fill colour' and hit the 'delete' button right away.

Since I had this problem and neither of the two replies were helpful: I ended up image tracing mine minus rasterizing since it didn't work, before watching him do the third method XD

I guess my Mac Mini M2 Pro Max isn't powerful enough for the traced method. Takes forever to apply the art brush and the software crashed twice already. :S
