Mr Vaishnav should travel in the Suburban Mumbai locals on the central and western lines in Mumbai in the office hours he will either be thrown out of the crowded train or will never be able to board one more people topple out and get killed everyday than terrorists kill,and remember these are taxpayers boosting the economy and not passengers in Bihar traveling free,no point in talking condescending and in glowing terms about railways

Railway is still same as 1990 fr passenger comfort. Tea and food are of third classcompare to price charged. Birth width is reduced. Uper birth to rooftops gap is reduced , not able to even sit. You can chk this in all express train. Only cleaniless will not do credit. I will give mark 2 out of 5.
