This really should've come with the High Evolutionary.

Being the same price as the Indiana Jones Fighter Plane Chase set, with less stuff here, agreed this one definitely needs a discount; yes tastes will vary but this doesn't compare well on the value side of things. The craft looks cool however, reminds me of an antigravity combat racer from the WipEout games, specifically the Van-Über craft, to some loose extent.

I may be wrong about this, and apologies if someone else already said it, but I *think* the first time a Friends animal turned up in a Minifig set was 21317 Steamboat Willie. The raccoon looks great in this set for sure. They've captured that too-cute-for-words look perfectly.

Very cool ship and I love more pieces in bright light orange.
Little shocked by the asking price. It should have been $25.

Built this last night, and I was pleased with the build and the poseability of the ship. The price didn't feel egregious but I'd agree that it probably ought to have been $30

Man, this color scheme reminds me of Hydronauts from Aquazone. Very nostalgic!

I've seen this a few places now and it reminds me of a few things, but I just realized what it reminds me of the most: Lensman Grappler. I think it's the windshield that really does it.

hey Jang, I just wanted to say I love your videos. I have been watching for many years, and will continue to do so.
You provide quality videos that are a step above almost all other content creators.
    your audio quality is excellent
your camera work, background, and lighting are excellent
your reviews show an understanding of the product. an understanding of: its market , its sellers, its buyers, its themes, its value as a collectable, its value as a toy, and its value when compared to similar products.
I also love your custom builds. I get excited every time I get a glimpse of new Jang city, especially the zoo renovations.
I am always amazed at how you can look at legos photos and know what cameras they used, what lighting they used, what works from an interior design standpoint, and what doesn't .
l am also impressed that you always say you aren't an expert on a particular theme, and yet you still seem to understand so much about it. whether it's botany, or BTS, or Harry Potter, you always bring a substantial body of knowledge on the theme, even if you don't consider yourself an expert on the subject.
I am not saying this to suck up or flatter you. I am saying it because I see the hard work you put into creating quality content, and I want you to know it does not go unnoticed.
Thank you for all you have done!
    -Daniel

    Blade Runner Spinner Car.
Took me a while to make the connection, but with the 'arms' forward and those disks inboard, this thing strongly reminds me of a Spinner flying car from the Blade Runner universe.
Guardians movie not out yet, but I wonder if that is an intentional design easter egg reference....

I don't know why, but this reminds me of the hover taxi from the movie "Fifth Element" 😂 And again, I appreciate that you started including Canadian prices!

. . . I love everything about this honestly. probably A LOT more then I should. And I realize that. Simply because it can do anything or be used for anything other than it's intended purpose. As a toy, as something that's Lego, as something canonically in universe for fans of the franchise, as something for just general casual fans of sci-fi, as an entry point into the franchise, that's absolutely perfect and more than anything I think anyone can ask for. I feel like once upon a time about 5-8 years ago or so though, this would've been a $25 set. And I'm gonna chalk the rest of it up to it simply being a "Licensed" Themed Set.
So again honestly yeah, I can't reasonably find anything wrong with this set and I will definitely be getting it the next time I go to my local store in the mall. You'r right though, the cargo crate of some sort would've been absolutely perfect but hey that's what City sets are for right?
And yes of course, it has a baby Rocket Raccoon that can easily just be a regular Raccoon in any other given Lego context or layout, Therefore it is absolutely perfect in every way and it is absolutely adorable and if you believe or say otherwise then you are wrong and your opinion is wrong and I will fight you for it.
Huh, that's two for two that Lego has done that recently with their smaller sets that include some sort of small mammalian forest animal. Now if only they made a Fox next.
    . . . "Ahem" Yip Yip
    😐🤲🦊

I have a little nitpick on the arms, with the intermediate section who could have used a little something to smooth the transition with the front part bbut other than that, it's a great little ship. Just need to find a discount on it now, 35 is too much.

  • @chucker173

I really like this design but given the size and price I’m hurting for a discount. Also the ship didn’t have much screen time, had it been bigger in the movie I might have shelled out for it
