hey there im thinking of training there as well after watching your vlog. what would you recommend for accommodations ? I've been spending a bit of time with google maps trying to understand the area, and it seems it's not in an area well connected by public transport, and not many accommodation locations around within walking distance. Did you guys get accommodation further away and rented a vehicle for the duration of the two weeks that you were there?
Defense against smash with backhand grip covers most of the area where as forehand grip is difficult to cover your back hand side. th-cam.com/video/nP5rWtBm9BQ/w-d-xo.html

You can stay in the accommodation bty provides!! It’s just upstairs in the same building as the training courts!!
You should upload more vids with tze Yong! I’m not sure if you guys are still a couple or not tho.
How long were you there for ? I'm thinking to sign up for 1 month training but afraid of the intensive schedule, is 1 month too much there ?
I was there for 2 weeks!! 1 month is good!!
Interesting
smashes sound amazing lol
What's your 2.4km or 5km or 10km best timing
I don’t remember😅
I don't understand how the backhand helps forehand defense?
It allows for a smaller swing/wrist movement to hit cross!!

What do you do to build "endurance, muscle amd stamina"?
cardio, footwork, weights, agility, running, etc.
Where is this training centre? It looks so cool. N how did u get there... I mean individually or through Government
It is in Thailand!! I got there individually.

The price depends on how long you train there for!!
@@taliang1106 let say, for a month?
@@pooo4128 I believe it is around 1.5K USD for a month but I would double check with BTY to be sure
