It was changed several patches ago (even before the map rework, like more than a year ago) so that isn’t the case anymore. Did Blizz brought that mechanic back?

@ Ya, it's still long gone. Think it was killed off in 2017. Was hilarious getting one-shotted by a stitches that would gorge people and immediately nuke his feet though because the bonus damage applied to heroes as well. xD
