For the fagioli: - Use the precooked fagioli ( ye I use them is faster) - add all the fagioli and their sauce/water in the pan -some rosemary (rosmarino idk how u call it) fresh if u can - pepper - onion in tiny bits - and a little bit of concentrato di pomodori not sauce but CONCENTRATO Let them cook a bit until the fagioli water-sauce become more dense. For the pasta : -USE ANOTHER PAN - make water boil whit some salt and then add pasta usually the time of cooking is written on the pasta When pasta is cooked take it put in the fagioli pan cook for 1 min and here u go Pasta e cazzo di fagioli
A little trick i like to use for chopping onions Kay is leave the root on til the end so you can use that to hold onto while you chop the rest of the onion. Other than that your chopping skills have actually improved loads so well done 👍 thumbs up as Lee would say

Also if you apply very little pressure and do a bit of a sawing motion until you get a little cut going, then when you apply pressure it won't slip either

Kay always put your pasta in soups as uncooked. That way pasta wont be overcooked. And def suggest when you sautee the onions and carrots together add: basil, oregano, onion powder, garlic powder and even alil fennel seed. Dont be afraid to season your stuff!!!
