Bongeziwe Mabandla PLEASE tell the truth when you didn't make this song, the ancestors took over here. You were not alone when you making masterpiece.. It connects and takes me to emotional places that I don't understand and I cried and that's OK cause your music makes me happy tjo!
@@percy_maluleke100 Agreed. This song I believe is inspired by the story of the prodigal son told by Jesus to explain how God responds to people coming back to Him. A son (last born) leaves home and asks for his inheritance to go and live his life, but soon his riches get wasted and he is left poor and in need. After struggling he realises that even servants at his fathers house eat better than he is, and he decides to go home to at least live like a servant. When he gets home his father is overjoyed to see him and even throws him a party for his return… in the same way God celebrates when his creation, his children turn back to Him ❤
@@Gabriella-s7c Indeed, realising a life lived in sin, following the passion of flesh is not fulfilling and leads to destruction and vanity. Through repentance, he now comes back and seeks to live a purposeful life which is to glorify God and enjoy him.
I get a lump on my throat every time I listen to this song, I just wanna get on my knees and weep. I've never heard anyone articulate and evoke such emotion on a song. Usisipho nenstikelelo kuthi, enkosi mntakwethu ngoncuthu.
Such an underrated artist. First time I heard his songs, he was performing live, I fell in love instantly. This song just takes me somewhere. Soul, ancestors, conscience, ikhona nje into ayigaleleyo lomfana kule ngoma. 🙌🏾 @Bongeziwe_Mabandla
"Ndibuyile" means I have returned. Bongeziwe has a way of being both literal and figurative or rather mystical. This song in my personal translation relates a tale of him finding his "Ka" a finding/returning of true sense of who he really is. spiritually
Before I've realize my tear's fill my eyes, my heart was touching and my soul felt in love with this beautiful voice and the sound of this song 💜💜💜💜💜💜 Thank you for this amazing song 🙏🏻
This Is Of Absolute & Unexampled Beauty.. The Acoustic Acrobaticism Of The Strings & The Vocal Impeccability Are Unambiguously Unparalleled.. Thank You So Much For The Beautiful Music Bongeziwe.
Stay true to your tune my brother. Love this. Haven't heard music this good in a very long time. I feel the connection with my African roots, Big ups mfowethu
I really love this song, it touches me right through my heart and si deeply....but i do not understand a Word he’s saying, unfortunately. Can someone help me understand please? 🙏🏼
Father, no matter what I have done, what I am doing, I still see myself as your child. I have been caught up in things(?), I never should have left this place. I don't know if You forgot me, Saying to Yourself that You'd never see me again. But I have been travelling by day and night, So that I can come before You. I left many ages ago, running, Choosing to live without You. But after many years, and tears, This is me standing before You. I have come back, I have come back, I have come back. I have come back, I have come back, I have come back. I chose to deny You, Saying that I didn't need You. After some time, Things started to overpower me. I was living through struggle, My mind always being on You. I am asking You, To find forgiveness for me within You. I left many ages ago, running, Choosing to live without You. But after many years, and tears, This is me standing before You. I have come back, I have come back, I have come back. I have come back, I have come back, I have come back. I have come back, I have come back, I have come back. I have come back, I have come back, I have come back. I have come back, I have come back, I have come back. I have come back, I have come back, I have come back. I have come back... Translation taken from @siliziwencanywa1138 on another video 🌟

Translation of the chorus Ndamka kudala, ndabaleka (I left long time ago, I ran away) Ndakhetha ukuphila ngaphandle kwakho (I chose to live without you) Kodwa emva kweminyaka nenyembezi (But after years of tears) Ndimlo, ndimlona ome phambi kwakho (This is me, this is me. I don't think he would give glory to the ancestors but to whom it is due (God).
