T.R.U. Ball Abyss flex release

We take a look at the TRU Ball Abyss and the TRU Ball Fulkram.
I convert the Abyss from 3 finger to 4 finger and show how to move the head of the Abyss. (Sorry it is painful)
We then take the Abyss Flex outside for a test fire.

I know it has to be cocked when moving the head part of the release. I learned the hard way!

Yes dud move re HCA , I am still waiting for a reply to an email or 3 that I sent 2 years ago....useless. AII I wanted was replacement string stops. got an old HCA Four Runner as well , even that's a good old bow...anyway keep the vids coming always good to watch

Archery is like that you take a stab and you hope you are right. I choose PSE years ago and in Australia there were no PSE bows. Now I sell 2,000 a year and PSE is the biggest brand in Australia. Without PSE I would have no business. I have a funny story about Samick and Win and Win. Which also turned out great for me.

Thanks for posting these videos. It's a big help when you can't try out all the releases. You have done a video on the Abyss Flex and the Carter Wise Choice. Which one of those do you like shooting better? Trying to decide which direction to go in a new thumb release. All of the adjustment kind of scares me on the Abyss. I like the idea of the simplicity of the Wise Choice but I haven't shot either. Thanks

Carter make amazing releases. The Wise Choice is new and it feels so much like the TRU Ball blade in loading and firing very sensitive. I hate adjustments - which is why I did the adjustments in this video. It is just more stuff to think about and I need to be shooting and concentrate on my shooting. Saying all that, I just did a review on the TRU Ball Blade which is a great release. I was just thinking which release I like best. I would say the Blade is the best, then I think it is similar to between the Carter and the Abyss. But the Carter is cheaper. But I do like the idea behind the Abyss and the Fulkrum. So that is no clear answer. They are all great releases and you will be happy with whatever one you choose.

I usually enjoy your vids.... but 3/4 the way thru this one I was thinking if there isn't a car chase or a girlie in a bikini walking by in the background soon that I was going to nod off. Then you pulled out the HCA bow and my interest peaked. I have a Speed Pro on my wall and I think its still a great bow , crap company regards communication , but a great bow. Vid saved .... hazaar ! Don't discount the bikini girl for any future reviews you feel are bogging down.

I know I have to do the Bikini girl. I hate ripping apart releases. I felt like I had to do it for this video because that is the whole purpose of the Flex to rip it apart and rebuild it. I beat everyone I sell customers will ask me to do it. So I wanted to show how long it takes in real world and any issues when you do it.
I did say in the notes it is painful.
I think it is a ripper bow. But fancy choosing High Country over Elite.
But on the girl thing - I have used models before and getting the right girl and the right shot takes time. But when you get it right. It is very successful. So don't be surprised to see in future videos.

Steven, no offense but you really need to familiarize yourself with this product! You make this product seem like a nightmare to adjust and work with! Would like to purchase one but the trouble your having makes me or possibly others reluctant!
I like your videos normally but this one I have to say no to.
