i cant see the magic blade skill tree in the library

You need to use an item called "book of magic warrior" in order to learn magic blade t1. After that, u should be able to see magic blade skills tree in library.
U cn get rhe skill book from guild maze, Halloween event (which has ended already) or consignment board
