A union fitting is required within close proximity to the ansul r102-3 cylinder for disconnection due to system discharge, hydrostatic testing, and/or general maintenance.
Not on ansul as the top of the tank has it's own union with a bursting disc in it

what kind of licensing do you need for this type of inspection?
First you need to have your regular fire extinguisher license and then you have to wait 6 months so you can take the test to get your class K licenses, that would let you work in Kitchen systems.
With that being said…….
no baffle between fryer and flat grill,
You only need a splash guard if the fryer is next to a stove top (open flame), griddle’s flame is covered.
Just a FYI you as the owner of the food truck/associate you shouldn't be touching anything in the ansul box as in the state of Florida it's a felony to touch or do anything to the system
ansul system doesnt required for the scissor to be fliped.
