You know, I was expecting the tower to have 88 floors going with the "8" theming...but nope, only went with 30 instead. More than likely because going though 88 floors without losing all your lives would been absolute hell.
It’s essentially magic I mean the calamari inkantation alone has done so much enhancing abilities (cuttlefish breaking his bonds in first game) to curing mind control (first and second game) and while not confirmed could’ve helped transform little buddy so music can do all kinds of things in splatoon

Oh. The siluett was of a character I don't know from a different franchise. It caused me a lot of confusion. I only recognized a crown, so I thought there was like, a pearl boss after completion of all things in the dlc cuz I couldn't find anything like it? Like... Plz don't call me stupid, I didn't watch the video cuz I didn't wanna get spoiled(I was looking for the final boss ost and the thumbnail of this video came up). And the jelleton field guide has a slot left, like in the palette menu before you get Eight's palette. Thought it would be filled. And Marina was a boss, so I thought maybe they would pull a thing like that with Pearl? Anyway, please change the thumbnail. That joke was not worth the confusion. God, I wasted so much time completing the "colordex". Would have loved to do something different with that time.

The final boss of this dlc was insanely underwhelming, if it wasnt a roguelike and the devs decided to make a normal campaign instead we couldve got something way better. This dlc was not worth the wait, its really disappointing in a lot of areas. Once i heard "roguelike" for the first time i lost all faith in this dlc
I agree with you. Not everyone knows of the character, I did not. It just confused the heck out of me, and it ending up at the top of the search results just confuses more! It caused me to waste my time completing everything even though I didn't wanna do it inherently, I just thought there was a secret final boss, y'know... I feel so stupid being tricked by this "joke". The use of a spoilers box like previously suggested would be so much better!
It's funny how Marina is the fan favorite but the devs so obviously prefer Pearl.
