Adding my 2 cents, Chronomancer is incredibly fun with Blasphemy and Temporal Chains with juiced slow magnitude and curse effect. Watching enemies move around in slow motion around you feels pretty good, and safe. I run Chronomancer with a freeze shattering build, since I felt it fit thematically, with freezing time. You can also juice the skill effect duration of Time Freeze, pushing it beyond 10 seconds in duration, where as mine's currently at 14s, and you can use the Second Wind support gem to give you two casts of it, at the cost of the cooldown being longer. In other words, I can freeze a boss for 28 seconds, and with some timing of my freeze buildup, I can additionally add some freeze time right as the Time Freeze runs out, making a boss unable to act for even longer. The beauty then comes from the ascendancy being able to reset cooldowns once you are fully ascended, allowing you to get even more Time Freeze shenanigans. It's such an incredibly safe feeling ascendancy, and it feels fun to control time like that.
@@nikko8963 With the freeze timing and a bit of a delay in between where the juiced blasphemy temporal chains makes it very safe. It's halved if you use it again within 28 seconds. I've changed to a Chaos build now though since it synergized better with the skill effect duration boosting, so I can't do the freeze extension anymore, even though I am using the support gem to make Chaos dots contribute to Freeze so I can still do Cast on Freeze with Comet. Still plenty fun to freeze a boss for roughly 20 seconds, then 10. I no longer use Time Snap either, since I want the Slow +20%.

Hey really cool chronomancer build! i just wonder where you get all the spirit from when the body only gives +49, your base spirit is 100 but the cost for archmage with the support gems is 125 and blink costs an additional 60, so you need 185 in total am i missing something?
I love how chrono has 50% cast speed for uncontrollable 1/3 of the time, when storm has it permanently + incredible amount on mana regen on top. Peak balance. Chrono just has nothing in game to play with RN. No heavy CD spells, no HP builds to enjoy recoup (HP sucks rn). And im not even comparing small ascendancy passives. Just sadge.
Yeh 50% cast speed is nice but for 4secs every 12 secs is just lame, you cant build anything around that. And CD resetting just isnt that useful most of the time.

I noticed some changes and didn't understand why, for example, using time snap, but the skill that has the highest cooldown it is Mana Tempest with 1 second. There is some mechanic with time snap? I was using the previous build from the video 2 weeks ago.

Bad guide, using the same arc dps focused build for both characters results in the arc dps focused ascendancy to be better because obviously it has nodes that upgrade it. Chronomancer passives are defensive and cooldown related so the best chronomancer build would focus on one or both of those flavors, freezing a boss for a solid 15-20 seconds makes dps matter less. A hammer of the gods build as you mentioned would have been a better dps race because HOTG is the only long cooldown big damage skill in game that chronomancer can abuse its cooldown manipulation to boost.
So once they come up with the third ascendancy for characters, do we get to respec into new one if we choose to? Btw, time manipulation over anything, just because. 🤪
For now we get no respecs on ascendancies. I do hope that changes personally, as I don't really want three Sorcs necessarily unless I truly want to have both a Chrono and a Stormweaver in example on the account, and the ability to switch between them without a respec.
@@nustaniel ye same, if they added a way to respec ascendancies itd be great, like i enjoy playing mercenary and sorcerer and for mercenary for example i choose witchhunter but i rllly wanna try out gemling but ofc cant but dont wanna input like 20hours again to get that new char to endgame...
@@miru_0098 If you rush the campaign, it takes like 5 hours. But still, don't really want multiple of the same class personally. I've taken one of each to endgame, and more feels like wasted character slots. I don't want 36 characters in the end to be able to play all ascendancies.

Didnt speak the best thing about chorno, the ability to stop any boss for almost 20 sec
bossing chrono wins hands down, with frost wall build you melt them in 5 seconds

You dont need timestop if you cant kill the boss within 1s with other ascends
